+ -1 moreHe was on time, and gave me a fair price over the phone. Looked over the job site and kept to his phone quote. After work started he found and notified me about a problem neither one of us knew about. He gave me an immediate quote which was fair to repair the issue. Overall he refinished the tub, diagnosed an additional problem and gave me a fair price to repair it. All of which was done on time and professionally. He even adjusted his schedule to mine. I will have him do additional work around my house. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Refinished and repaired cracked fiberglass tub and surround. Diagnosed and fixed unexpected plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Dewey, the owner, is a very personable and professional workman. He has been resurfacing bathrooms for over 30 years. I had him resurfaces my stained and rusted bathtub from the 1940's. In addition he resurfaced the 1960's stained bathroom countertop. The preparation work and sanding and filling the many rust spots in the bathtub took him and entire day. He cleaned up the mess and hung plastic because he told us the fumes would be overwhelming and that we could not use the bathroom for two days. The second day he applied two coats of his patented secret substance. We stayed out of the bathroom for the recommended two days after which he removed the plastic sheathing from the entrance and the tape from the areas he taped off. Imagine our surprise when we saw a "new bathtub and countertop!!! Both looked brand new. It was truly first class work. We are extremely happy and will use Perfect Glaze if then need arises in the future.

+ -1 moreThis guy was a bit difficult to communicate with. The first time he came, he used the wrong color grout; which was very obvious. Also on the first visit, the glaze on the tub was not smooth. He did come back and remove and put in new grout around the tub and rebuffed the tub. Both are just fine now, but I feel it should have been done correctly the first time.
Description of Work: They did the re-glazing of our bathtub and re-grouted around it.
