called for appointment to repair oven door which was sprung and not closing properly. Given appointment in 24 hours. Repairman was prompt and needed to order the parts. Gave estimate of part cost and time to expect part. called within the time frame after they received part and set an day and time to return and install part. All was within estimate of cost.

Very honest and told us that it wasn't worth repairing. Appreciated his honesty.

It went very well. He was at my residence waiting for me to arrive on my lunch hour. He had the parts needed. He did what I had asked for and then some all in the one hour time frame.

Peach is an old school service person who treats every client like family. He also keeps up with the various manufacters and is able to add preventative technology. Plus he's an all around good person and a delight to have on site.

I've used Peach twice now and both times have been good experiences. Professional, prompt, called ahead with ETA, knew what he (David) was doing, and was very reasonably priced.

Tech arrived on time. Thoroughly examined the washing machine, duplicating the noise that we had heard. Explained what the problem was and said that for what it would cost, he would suggest that we replace it. He was there about an hour and charged a service call fee which we felt was reasonable.

Peach Appliance Company came back a second time without charging for a service call to return the microwave and get it installed. They are reliable and cost effective.

I was calling around because I needed a stove repaired. This was the only person that took the time out to look up the price of the part I would need. He told me it would be $300 to repair the 9 year old stove which will cost about $500 to replace. Everyone else I called wanted to charge me $50 to $75 to come out and look at it even though I described the problem. I truly appreciate that he took the time to save me money in the long run. I would definately recommend anyone as honest and considerate as him.

I've been using Peach for years. They're always efficient, and they do a good job. They're very reasonably priced, and I know I can count on them. It's a small business with workers that remind me of my uncles and cousins.

All the work was done with in 30 minutes. He showed me where the problems were with the washer and the ice-maker. I was very pleased and will certainly call him again when my appliances need repaired. There was no fear of having a stranger in my home.

He came out on time, as promised, and looked at our ice maker in the kitchen freezer. It needed to be replaced (as we suspected) and he had one on his truck. He was there only about thirty minutes, was very professional, and cleaned up afterwards - even cleaning up the water that was under the fridge due to the leak! I would and will definitely recommend him again.

I was having trouble with my Kenmore washing machine. A neighbor recommended I call Peach Appliance in Spring. He arrived when he said he would, promptly went to work on the appliance. Tried many possible courses of action until he came across faulty wiring in the motor area. He promptly repaired it...stating if it didn't take care of the problem he would return if called within 30 days and would not charge me any service fees. I have had no trouble since......and it saved me the cost of a new washer !!

We had a noise in our freezer and the technician explained about what had happened. We told him that we would watch it for a while rather than taking it all apart and that’s what we are doing now. It hasn’t gotten any worse or any better. There wasn’t a whole lot that he could do. He gave us a lot of advice, but I felt like it was legitimate. He was a very nice man. They charged their regular service charge fee. We had called somebody else and they referred us to Peach Appliance Company since they serviced our area. I liked the technician since he took a lot of time and explained different things. So I was impressed and I don’t have any problems in recommending him. His price was great because most of them would have charged well over $60. He didn’t do any work for us, but he was an elderly gentleman who knew what he was doing because the noise isn’t any worse or better. He has been around for a while. He was very responsive since we called him on a Friday and he came out on a Monday. We were going out of town and that’s why we called him and he came out that Monday before we left. He doesn’t work on the weekends. If need be, then I would use his services again.

Peach Appliance tech was prompt, correctly analyzed the problem, ordered the part, came back promptly and repaired the refrigerator. I was completely happy with the service.

I am have used Peach Appliances for a few years now as they are very efficient and usually come the same day you call. They have done repairs to many appliances in my home, both my washer and dryer. There was a service man out recently to look at my washer and I was pleased when he told me he had to replace a part, which he had on hand. The service is great and the price was very reasonable as well.
