Paul came out and measured for the glass. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure is at any time during the decision making process. His professionalism, honesty, and quality work were the deciding factors when determining our choice.  + -1 moreHe came to measure the shower on a Monday, showed himself in as I had instructed.... called to discuss options (which I really appreciated). Once we decided on the best version for the glass shower to meet my budget, he gave me a price and locked up the house. Four days later he arrived with the glass pre-cut to size and installed the enclosure while I was at work. At lunch I met them at the house and it looked to be a first class job. I paid, they left after cleaning up and I was happy! He was polite, skilled and had common sense. It is nice to have a person that likes their craft/job and..... is good at it.... and cleans up afterward.

A week later he called to schedule the installation, which went very smoothly. Protected the floors and work area, cleaned up after work was completed. I absolutely love my new door. He explained the factory warranty and expressed to me that if I had any questions or issues with the glass door or the EnduroShield (product that keeps glass from soap scum.) what so ever to give him a call, and he would personally come out and take care of it for me.

 + 2 morePaul's part of the project was absolutely smooth sailing. No glitches, no snags. When the whole project is complete I may post some pics on my rating of Remodel Specialists. As of today, the project still has a punch list and isn't ready for its close-up. But my husband can take his first shower tomorrow, and he's a happy camper.
Description of Work: We had a custom shower built by Remodel Specialists of Spring, who referred us to Paul. Once the shower was complete, he came to measure, give us an estimate and recommendations about materials. He recommended clear glass and protective coating to best enhance the gorgeous tile work we'd just had done. He matched the metal to the new Moen fixtures we'd chosen. He did the measuring on Tues. the 13, and installed it on Thurs. the 15; he did comment that was extra quick, but not rush service that we'd asked for. We'd waited through 4 weeks of tear-down and rebuild for this new bath, so a few days one way or the other was not a problem. The end product is a beautiful shower door, that puts the "cherry on top" of our indulgent new shower.
