It was pretty good. They used some alcohol to something to do with the glass painting in that and it is left a bit of stain on one of my wooden floors, which I was not very happy about. It is not damaged, it is something I can clean up, but otherwise they were very good. Again very efficient in and out, worked with me on a schedule and everything. There was an extra cost I can't remember how much and it is something to do with the size and I don't have the information on hand. They knew what they were doing. I would use them in the future.

The big deal with Creative Luxury Showers turned out good. Everything was good. The best part was they were so fast when they installed it. They were really quick. They were in and they were out and they cleaned up their mess. The scheduling, we kind of had a misunderstanding about but he honored the schedule so I can't complain about that. It was a good price.

Everything went perfectly. They came on time, were a pleasure to work with, measured the space, had the door ready when we needed it, and installed it efficiently. It's a beautiful addition to the bathroom. We could not be more pleased! Highly recommend Creative Luxury Showers!

Outstanding. Paul did an exceptional job at a fair price. After receiving the perfectly cut glass from his factory, the panels were installed in less than an hour. I'm extremely pleased, and highly recommend Creative Luxury Showers based on my experience with them.

Everything went wonderfully. At their recommendation, the orientation of the door was changed to allow for easier opening and access to bathroom closet, and the height of the shower walls was increased to make the shower feel more spacious. These were things that wouldn't have occurred to me but definitely made for a better end product. They were timely, professional, and the quality of work was exceptional. I'm very glad we had them upgrade our shower for us.

Paul came out on 05/04/2016 we talked a minute or two about what I wanted and the deal that I had purchased. With all that out of the way he took about 10 minutes and measured. Then he made a drawing of the enclosure. He then told me that it would take 10 business days to make the enclosure. I said no problem. He texted me on the 11th said he could be there Friday the 13th. I told I had to work but was off the 16th AM. He said he would be here Monday the 16th. They showed up Monday and had the old enclosure removed and the new one in and out of here by 11:00. Paul answered all the questions I had , showed me how to register the warranty on the glass and was more or less just a good old boy! The experience was really pleasant.

That everything was excellent across the board -- the product, the service, Paul (the owner) and Paul's assistant (Marcus). They are knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I can not say enough good about the company and their product.

Paul was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. He came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner and then called me in less than a week to tell me the enclosure was ready to be installed. Looks great!

Paul Howell, the owner, arrived as expected for the scheduled time to take measurements and confirm the quote he had given me over the phone. The new shower glass and door arrived on the schedule he told me and he called to schedule installation. Again, he arrived on time, took out the old shower glass and put the new in. He left everything clean and spotless. There were no issues with dismantling the old or installing the new. It really looks great and there have been no issues. I have pictures I can share.

Wonderful service, very prompt and professional

All calls were answered promptly, appointments were kept and the work was quick and professional.

Paul was very responsive. The glass that he originally brought out to install was improperly cut and he rushed a replacement. I was updating the bath on my home to put in on the market so was not on-site when Paul did his work. He was completely professional from start to finish with no oversight by me. All I had to do was show up and admire the beautiful new frameless enclosure once he was done.
