They are hard to get in contact with and there follow up is not great. They do not have come on some given weeks and they do not come at the time we agreed on.

We gave him a shot. All went well for a while. Then Oscar said he could fix our backyard drainage. BIG MISTAKE!!! Our house actually flooded a year later, and all the professional drainage companies who came to look at our drainage problem said that the drains Oscar put in were the problem. He built drains that were lower than an existing drain pipe they were tying into, and the result was that the entire drainage line he built slowly filled with mud, because water does not go uphill. This resulted in an extreme worsening of our yard drainage, because the existing drain pipe also filled with mud. It took repeated rains for it to happen. We thought it was ignorance that caused his work to be done poorly, and we felt sorry for him. Prior to the flood, Oscar said he could do tree trimming. He said he knew what he was doing. However, he had a guy far up in our oak tree with no safety gear on. I confronted Oscar and said he could not do that on my property, because if that guy fell I would be responsible. The tree branch that they trimmed (it was hanging over the neighbor's driveway) looks butchered. That happened in December, and we were unhappy, and then the house flooded in January and we were very unhappy. We were living out of our home but nearby for five months while the flood repairs were done. Under Oscar's care, our yard died. Oscar continued to bill us for weekly service. Several times we witnessed what their "service" entailed. One guy would get out of a truck and weedwack for about five feet, then they would go in the back yard and blow some leaves around. Usually they spent less than five minutes on my property. There was an ugly scene when we tried to fire them. We felt they did not earn the last bill's work. They thought they could be violent and intimidating until they got their money. For our personal and property safety, we settled on a payment, but I told him I would be letting everyone know what happened. And now I am.

Oscar Landscaping dug down around my yard and hauled in dirt. They stuck a plant around my garden. The laid sod in my lawn. They picked up two trees brought them back and planted them. One of the trees was very large, it was about 30 feet tall. They also put lattice up around my fence and deck. They cut out all the areas I wanted to put plants on and built two planter boxes. They came back and mulched. They are fair in price. They do not overcharge me. I felt the did not charge me enough for planting the large tree so I gave them a tip. Next week they are going to come and lay brick beside my house.
