North American Roofing did my mother’s roof! The Quality and Workmanship was outstanding! The sales team was very knowledgeable and friendly! They made the roof replacement process very easy and gave my mother a peace of mind. She said the process was “very enjoyable”! I would refer Alex Reyes at North American Roofing to everyone!

North American repaired a section of my flat roof and provided a 3 year warranty. Less than a year later it leaked again. They were quick to come out and repair it but left the job unfinished. The unfinished work was mostly cosmetic but still not a complete job. I never received a statement of work for the warranty work completed. I called every week for 2 months with no reply. The roof is leaking again and I am going to utilize a different company due to the lack of communication North American provided. Also note that North American doesn’t seem to do the work themselves, it is all subcontracted.

Asked to have grate covers put on soffit vents around house after raccoon went through hole in mesh. Price was agreed upon over the phone and I told the representative that I would call when the raccoon trap was removed from my house. I called when the trap was removed and left a message and was texted back asking if I was ready for the repair. I said yes and he said he would let me know when I could be scheduled. This was on a Tuesday. On Thursday he asks what my address again, and I reply with it and also ask when they were coming as he had not called back. He said the weekend if that was ok. I agreed, preferring Saturday. He said OK to this. On Friday evening I asked when they were coming, and they said 12-2 Saturday. At 10am Saturday morning he says it is Easter weekend and they can start Monday morning. I was fine with that minus the fact that we had already planned our Saturday around them coming, and asked them to please call or text my wife on Monday before they came. Monday morning came and went without any call or text and it was the afternoon when I messaged letting them know that I would not be using their company. I understand the need to reschedule but there was a complete lack of communication from them throughout the process.

Alex Reyes was very helpful in providing an estimate and communicating availability of a representative to peform the installation. They coordinated with us and the plumbing company so that all could be addressed at the same time and the plumbing company could sign off on the code specifications. Representatives were prompt, professional, respectful, and considerate. We will use their services again.
