Description of Work: Monster Pools did a good job in cleaning the pool. The pool needed some heavy cleaning - no issues here. However, Monster Pool made an unauthorized repair (>$100 dollars). I spoke with Monster Pools and they informed me of the repair. My mistake was not asking how much it was - had I known how expensive the repair was I would had never agreed to pay. Thanks |P.S. not sure about the last day of contact.

+ -1 moreAfter trying several pool repair companies, I am confident that this company KNOWS POOLS. A prompt appointment was made and Daniel came out to investigate why our pool main drain covers will not stay on. After a scuba dive, Daniel informed us that on our replaster job, the plaster company had not removed the fame of the drain covers, but has just plastered over them. This made it impossible for the covers to stay on. Daniel went down with tools and extra long screws to drill through the mess. The covers are on tight!!!!! ...for the first time in 2 years! While he was in our pool he found a problem with a small section of the coping and suggested we check our warranty. I will be using Monster for that repair too. I really feel like it will get done right the first time. This guy was so knowledgeble about all aspects of my pool and equipment.
