Sy and his team were absolutely wonderful! He provided excellent service at a reasonable rate. He re-landscaped my front yard starting from scratch. He dug up the old plants, substituted sprinkler heads, put in new soil and all the new plants. All new mulch was added to the front back. There was so much attention to detail throughout this project. He truly cared as he even taught me how to use my irrigation system properly. I would highly recommend MLC Landscaping!

It went perfectly. I have a corner house, so it was quite a job. But they worked on it until they had it done to their satisfaction. It really stands out as a perfect job. Sy has done several jobs for me and I have been extremely satisfied with all that he has done. And I won’t hesitate to have him back.

Started right away, very hard working, excellent results

Sy did a great job on my front yard. He redid my flowerbeds with new pavers and laid sod in bare places.

MLC did a great job putting in our landscape and sod. They went above and beyond our expectations. They used quality materials and did the job right.

The 2021 freeze devastated my landscape. I contacted MLC Landscaping and was provided a plan and estimate. Due to limitations in nursery stock availability. Some adjustments were agreed to and the work was completed. Sy was asked to repair a sprinkler zone and check the system. He made several improvements in functional efficiency.

He did an excellent job! We have used him on two large projects over a 5 yr period.

Fantastic! Sy, was extremely prompt to come and see the work. I was out of town, but he easily saw what needed to be done. He offered advice on the various types of St. Augustine. When it came to installation, he and his crew knocked it out in less than a day. Even checked the sprinklers so the new sod was watered properly. After the job Sy came by to do a post job walk through, and he discussed the watering and how the sod will settle. Very pleased. We are already creating a work scope for the next project.

Sy and his crew are probably some of the best and hardest workers in the landscaping/irrigation industry. My husband and I had some major work done on our house involving 8 different contractors and Sy was by far the best to work with. First, his estimates and plans are well thought out and very thorough. He was quick to get his estimate to us and his follow up is exceptional. He is flexible with budgets and honest with what the results will be based on your budget and helps to manage expectations. Sy actually worked on this project all day every day with his team and they were always at our house by 8:30 AM and worked until almost dark every day. Each day when they left, they swept the driveway and cleaned up the areas where we might possibly use overnight. They did really very labor intensive work and were always friendly and respectful of our property. The drainage for our house is very challenging and Sy's suggestions all worked beautifully. They were VERY accommodating to the other contractors who came and went throughout their project and I really felt like Sy was watching out for our things and always operated in our best interest. He checked in after the project to make sure everything was going well and has remained available when we have had questions. And he was very thankful for our business along the way. Great company to work with!

Sy and his guys did a fantastic job. It only took them 3-4 hours. Sy is very knowledgeable, and is not in the business to rip you off, he does excellent work for a very reasonable price. I feel privileged to have found Sy and MLC for my sprinkler and irrigation needs.

It went fine. They cleaned up and everything works.

Everything was fine. They came when they were supposed to. They did what they said in a time period that they said. We had a problem later that we called them for. They had a hard time getting back out here but they did come back and fix it at no charge, because it did take them so long to get back with us. We were pleased. If we have any other problems, we will get with them again. We think their price was fair.

We agreed to price and to let them do the job. Mr. Yasa said he'd take care of contacting the utilities for marking the yard prior to installing the backyard sprinkler system. We emailed and followed up with a telephone call to him requesting a copy of his license and insurance certificate. He did not respond to either. Instead he showed up at 7:30am Saturday Moring 4/12/2014 saying he was ready to do the job. We said no because he had not supplied the requested information. He insisted he had and proceeded to go through his smartphone to produce the email as proof. While he did so, we told him he still couldn't do the job because since it was Saturday morning there was no way to verify his credentials. And without proof we would not allow the work to proceed. Eventually, he couldn't find the email, and later sent us an email with his "apologies" and further confirmation that he could not find the email he sent. While here though, he said he did have copies of his license and his insurance certificate in his truck, but never volunteered to show them to us. So we sent him on his way.

Very happy with the work....2 months later the yard looks fantastic. He said it would take 2 days and it did. Some of the sprinkler heads needed some directional changes. He brought his crew back and fixed them exactly how I wanted.

Sy was absoulety amazing. We went with MLC because we had a short window to get the project done. Sy started on-time and finished on schedule despite terrible weather conditions. Our layout was very complicated and Sy made it look easy.

Arrived on time, completed work quickly. The crew and owner where friendly and professional. We are very happy with the results. I would use the contractor again as well as recommend him to my friends.

Sane Yasa and his crew was here at 9AM each day, and they worked until 7PM each day . Sane had a new crew so he had to train them on the job and we had two days of rain. They stared on Tuesday and finished Friday afternoon.They installed six stations and 60spray heads.The first thing Sane did was to get a permit from the city of Humble. With this sprinkler system he also installed an emergency shut off and a rain sensor. After the system was installed the city of Humble came out and inspected the system before they covered the pipes.They tested the system and leveled the ground with sand. Sane did an outstanding on my sprinkler system.
