Very, very, very good job. Took a while to get the written estimate but he is busy! Once we had that and agreed to the work he was here as promised and completed in one day.

We made an appointment with Sy on a Friday. He was late but kept us up to date as he was travelling from Katy during rush hour. He was very friendly and professional. Originally, one of our zones was not working and we needed some sprinkler heads fixed, moved, or replaced. After looking around we felt the backflow valve was not in a good spot, was not installed correctly (too low to the ground) and was old and rusty. He agreed to move and replace that as well. We also felt the need to move our gate over which required tearing down the old one and rebuilding. We felt the only part of this project that was too expensive was the gate and partial fence - $730. We were able to use one of his $100 coupons so that helped. Sy used very good quality wood for the fence/gate, not the cheap cedar from Home Depot. He added a second spring on the hinge since we have a pool and need the gate to swing shut every time someone walks through. Overall, we are very happy with Sy and would definitely use him in the future.

How did it go? It didn't go. I am guessing my job was not big enough or my location was not convenient.

Ask straight up if they have room in their schedule. Get the name and personal call back number of who you talk to, not just the general number.

It went fairly well. The owner Sy stayed in touch with me whenever he was going to be delayed. He provided a drawing for submission to my homeowners' association. He showed me how to operate the sprinkler system. When I had some extremely high water bills a few months later he helped me change the settings so the sprinkler system would function in a more cost-effective manner.

They don't perform work in Clear Lake

Went well. Gave good advice and service. Would deinitely use again. a paragon of honesty compared to others who said I needed much more work.

It went well overall, but I have some rusty valves that I wanted replaced also, and I got some run around about the parts not being on the truck, and basically he would come back another time on his time to do the work, and never did. Still have rusty valves that need to be replaced.

Sy came when he said he would and has generally been pretty responsive to requests. You can tell that they are overly busy at times and it takes a couple of attempts to get things done. However, they are very good and thorough. If there is a problem, they take care of it and seem to listen.

Sy yasa is just great , unbelievable. Did an outstanding job . I would highly recommend him. Very professional, extremely reasonable and dependable. We have trusted our lawn care in him. He ifs definitely the best we have worked with. wow is the only word for him.

I called for a quote on replacement of sprinklers and the owner answered the phone and did tell me that he was busy for several weeks and if I did not want to wait that long I should call someone else.

We had a coupon for it. They were quick to jump on our project. There was a minor hiccup in the project. They ended up making it right; it just took them a while to get it done. Overall the workmanship was good. The initial contact was prompt. I had looked at their price and their competitors'; their price was good.

They were excellent. They are very thorough and very responsive to our telephone calls. When my husband went there to make the down payment he was talking about the sprinkler valve or zone that is not working now and my husband had to manually water the lawn. They had someone come out here and fix it. They sent their crew out here immediately so that my husband would not have to manually do that work. Their pricing was not the lowest, but they were not the highest either. They were very professional. They will start the work by the end of June.

It worked out wonderful! Sy Yasa got back to me very, very quickly. He followed up and did everything that I could ask for. He gave me a better warranty than others and actually doubled what other people were offering. I was very pleased with his services.

All we can say is WOW! Sy Yasa, owner, does all he says & more when it comes to professionalism & quality. Found on Angie's List, we previously used him for a full replacement, 8 station sprinkler system; a $3000 job. He business stays busy, but he is committed to each and every customer; like they are family. On both jobs, he & his crew showed up early & stayed late, sometimes until 8pm. (Our property sits on over a half an acre; & we are in the Imperial Oaks subdivision, which is not known for its larger lots.) We are constantly getting compliments on our front landscaping, as well as, the backyard pool area! You will not be disappointed if you hire MLC Landscape. We will DEFINITELY hire Sy & his loyal crew for your next outdoor project!!!

I received the following Email response to my initial request today: " I am sorry I can not help you on your repair at this time, we are busy, and I know I can not get to you. Please try to find other contractor, sorry. Thank you so much, Sy Yasa M.L.C. Landscape & Irrigation (832)642-6555". Informing me there would be a delay and letting me determine if I wanted to wait would have been a more appropriate option. Now I simply will write this company off as one I will never contact again.

I contacted MLC and Sy Yasa back in March to provide an estimate for installation of a sprinkler system in our front yard. Sy shceduled an appointment and promptly showed up on time and as scheduled. While his bid was not the cheapest of all the bids received, the owner, Sy Yasa was the most professional and knowledgeable of all people I spoke with. I chose to hire MLC. He provided a detailed mapping of what was needed for my particular yard. We scheduled a time for installation. Unfortunately, after all the continual rain that we have had, we kept having to put the installation off. This of course pushed each job that Sy had back further. During this whole time, Sy continually kept me informed, letting me know via phone and email. .FINALLY.........the rain stopped and we were able to have the system installed. MLC's team of individuals dug the yard out appropriately and installed all piping. Appropriate permits were gathered and inspections from the City were provided. After the installation, Sy patiently explained the control box to me, set up my scheduled watering and walked me around to make sure that I knew where all the sprinkler heads, control boxes, etc. were and that I was satisfied with the way the heads were positioned. We made a few adjustments and I was completely satisfied! I will definitely use MLC and Sy Yasa again when I need expansion to the backyard or for any repairs. I will also refer and recommend him to anyone needing a sprinkler system. Great job and great communication. Thanks again!

They called to let us know they were running late, but stayed until the job was complete and that we were comfortable knowing how to operate the system. They were very friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable and we would recommend them to anyone.

I just mailed them a check this morning. I have absolutely no idea if the price was far; it needed to be fixed and I got their name through Angie's List. The actual guy who came when I called came out, discussed things, and he gave me the price. That same day he wanted me to email the contracts, sign it, and I did. Then I never heard anything anymore for about 4 weeks. I sent him an email and it bounced back. So, I called and he was very apologetic. He said he was busy and it was raining. He was very nice. He asked if he could come the next day and I said yes. I never saw anymore ever again, but his brother with the crew came and they fixed the whole sprinkler system and that was it. They wanted the money down, but I said would mail the check because I wanted to see if the sprinkler system would actually come on when it was supposed to. It did and it seems like everything is fine. He could have made a better effort to let me know that he would not be coming for a month after he said he would be there. I am happy with everything else so far. They finally came the day when said they would and did the work.

It went very well. The owner came over to my home and did s full inspection of the problems I had been experiencing with my lawn irrigation. He then came back on December 7, 2011 and not only repaired my system, but virtually upgraded it and made it a first class system, all for a very reasonable price.

Sane Yasa promptly returned my call on a Friday afternoon and came out same day. After evaluating my system and what I wanted, he quoted what I believed to be a reasonable price. I accepted the quote thinking that I would get scheduled for sometime the next week since it was about 4:00pm on a Friday. I was completely wrong. Sane asked if his crew could start immediately. I gladly agreed and his crew got out of the truck and immediately got to work digging all new lines including new supply lines by hand. I was thankful as I was worried that a trencher might cut into my new pool plumbing. They finished the project about noon the next day and Sane cycled the system through each station allowing me to verify head placement and coverage. Once satisfied with the work, I paid him but then before he left, I asked about an area on the side of the house that wasn't getting good coverage. Thinking that Sane would have just put a nozzle that would spray farther on an existing head, Sane decided that he would plumb in a 9th station for free. His crew returned on Monday and plumbed in the new station just as promised. I could not be more impressed with Sane and his crew. I plan to use them again very soon to sod my backyard and do some needed leveling.

They were extremely quick. He did the entire project in an amazing amount of time. There was a lot of digging and moving of rocks involved. He left everything in very good condition.

After researching several landscaping & irrigation companies, I decided to call a couple for estimates. The first company didn't return my call for 6 days!! MLC Landscape returned my call within 5 minutes, so this was a positive first step. From start to finish owner, Sy Yasa, made this a great experience! Although we had an existing sprinkler system, Sy had offered to repair the system to save us money. We ultimately wanted a better irrigation system that covered more area & decided to install a completely new system. Sy & his crew arrived on time on the start day, working diligently through-out the few days they were there. On the last day, the entire crew stayed until 8:00pm to complete the job. Sy spent 30 minutes at the end of the installation day walking us thru the new equipment, control panel, & features to prevent freezing. He was thorough in his explanations & we have not had a problem programing our new system; which was an issue with the old sprinkler controller. We could not have been happier with the professionalism & service we received from Sy & his crew. We will definitely recommend MLC to others for sprinkler repairs or new installation.

Sy was very polite and very professional. He came out, sized the job up. I wanted to keep the price low, so he worked with me on what what would be a quality job, but not too expensive. He followed up with an emailed bid that described everything that I would get and the duration of the warranty. I have to say I did like that level of professionalism. His guys came out the day he said they would, on time. It was a 2 day job and they had to leave trenches exposed but were careful to put cones up and tell me to make sure and leave the lights on so that nobody would trip in the trenches. They finished off the following day, and put everything back (including beds they had to dig through) back in order. Sy came back after the job was done to walk through it all with me and give me instructions on the new sprinkler controller. I was very pleased with the whole job, Sy, and his crew - it looks really good. I would highly recommend Sy and will use him in the future.
