Their price was pretty good.

Sy was very polite and very professional. He came out, sized the job up. I wanted to keep the price low, so he worked with me on what what would be a quality job, but not too expensive. He followed up with an emailed bid that described everything that I would get and the duration of the warranty. I have to say I did like that level of professionalism. His guys came out the day he said they would, on time. It was a 2 day job and they had to leave trenches exposed but were careful to put cones up and tell me to make sure and leave the lights on so that nobody would trip in the trenches. They finished off the following day, and put everything back (including beds they had to dig through) back in order. Sy came back after the job was done to walk through it all with me and give me instructions on the new sprinkler controller. I was very pleased with the whole job, Sy, and his crew - it looks really good. I would highly recommend Sy and will use him in the future.

Sy Yassa is the name of the contact person. They were good. They showed up when they said they were going to. They gave us a quote. In terms of value, I think I got my money's worth. I thought the quote was maybe a trifle high. I wasn't in a position to really spend a lot of time getting a lot of quotes. We just bought the house and it needed some trimming work so I didn't feel like running around looking for different people. They came out and they did a really good job. They even did some stuff like identified poison ivy and took care of it for us. It was growing up a tree and I never would have known. The guy told me that it was poison ivy and he said that's what it looked like. He cut it off and said that that it would come down. I thought they were quite good. They did the work quickly and did it well. They do good quality work at a fairly reasonable price. You could probably do some hunting around and get someone to do it cheaper. With these guys you don't have to worry about them showing up when they say they are going to show up, doing what they say they are going to do, and doing a good job doing it. There is not much of a risk.

We had some drainage work done. They planted some drainage and did a bunch of leveling and couple of other things. I like the fact that he was able to come right away. it was a prolonged process. They cleaned the mess after they finished their work. They finished their work in a timely fashion.

The company was very punctual and organized. They were easy to contact, quickly gave me an appointment to make an estimate, and called me 30 minutes ahead of time when they were on their way to install the new part.

During the freeze in the winter, I did not cover the main sprinkler control and as a result, I had to have a part replaced. Shy, the Owner ordered the part for me which arrived in less than two weeks. Thereafter, he and his crew came out to replace the part. They also checked my sprinkler system (each zone) to be sure everything was working properly. During the repair, I was asked where the main location cut off for the sprinkler was located. I had no idea. It only took them a few minutes to discover that it was underneath the grass. I actually had two control located underneath the grass. He expressed the importance of being familiar with the location in the event of an emergency and they cleaned the area out so it is visible.

Great experience. Sy came out, got the trench done, put the cable in the conduit and had it finished quickly and cleanly.
