Mirror Lake Landscapes, Pools, & Waterfalls

It is beautiful, they did a fantastic job. They did a great job. The people were very professional, nice and on time. They did what they said they would do. They are quality people and the carpenter is unbelievable. They are expensive but worth it.

Sean and Belinda were amazing. They took a nothing yard and created an incredible outdoor living space in our backyard and transformed our front yard into a home I enjoy pulling up to. They added depth, texture and color to our empty front yard space and created our perfect backyard. Because we didn't know exactly what we wanted and we had already had a pool installed, we were unsure how to start. Sean and Belinda sat down with us, listened to what we wanted, reviewed our lot surveys and walked us through their design center. We then got an idea of what we liked and so did they. At first the cost for the design sounded high to us but the cost comes off the top if you use them, so we felt like it was fair. They incorporated both my tastes and my husbands (which are very different) and came up with a design that tied our already completed pool and house into a livable tropical paradise. I was extremely impressed with the concept to completion process and couldn't be happier with our yard. They stayed in touch with us through the entire process. Once completed, there were a couple of plants we didn't like or to us didn't work, they replaced them with ones that did without any hassle. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and feelings about certain plants or areas. The only thing I would have done differently, would be to have had them in from the beginning for our pool. We wanted a backyard oasis and that's exactly what we got. Everything we pictured in our heads for this to be, was even better with their touch. If you are looking for a quick bid to have a few plants added to your front yard for a touch of curb appeal, this may not be the company you are looking for. But if you are looking for outdoor living space, this is the company to use. We are in the process of building a new home and we will be using Mirror Lake again, no question. They are leaps and bounds above others I've seen in terms of creativity and design.

Contacted them through their website, but never got a response. With regard to the "Overall Experience," would have like to rated 'N/A', but that option was not available to choose.

Not satisfied with responsiveness. I could not rate anything else because I chose not use them based on the fact that I would have to pay $1800 for a design. I prefer someone to come to my home and at least take a look at it and talk with me before I provide them with a survey for a design.

I have a very small backyard, which was essentially a blank slate. They landscaped with palm trees, some evergreens, and other things. They did a pavers patio for me. They also put some shrubs in the back of the house. I have a brand new backyard. They did an excellent job. It was better than I expected.

It was the most trouble free construction project I have ever gone through and the results were AMAZING. Customer service, design and execution are second to none. You pay a little more for it -- but well worth it.

They have the nicest and most personable employees. They workmen always cleaned up at the end of the day. With our pool, we had a glitch that occurred after the job was done and after the bill was paid. They were very responsive sending an entire crew of men out the same day that we called to quickly fix the problem. I was impressed with how responsive they were.
