They get the job done but they are very pricey.

Stephen showed up within the hour and was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about what was needed. He diagnosed the problem, shared the estimate and began the work. It took roughly about 30-45 min for the service completion. I will definitely use again. I am satisfied it was completed promptly.

My guest bathroom toilet and showerhead were older, and I wanted both to be more "kid-friendly," I asked this company for an estimate, but they said they could only give an estimate if I made an appointment and paid an $80 fee. I argued to have the fee waived, and was glad I did. Their estimate was over $500!!! When I asked what difficulty they foresaw that could account for such a high estimate, he replied there wasn't anything unusually difficult - that the cost was average. It's actually not, just for the record. I hired another company who performed the job easily for $189. Beware!

Ricky McGrath came out and looked at our basement. He put me at ease by telling me he was from the east coast and had dealt with similar problem to ours and knew how to fix it. He said that it would be expensive but not to worry, it would be no problem fixing the problem. He left saying that he would have a quote the following week. I called the following Thursday to find out if he was able to provide a quote. He told me that he was very busy and had not worked on it yet. I asked him when he thought he could get me a quote and his exact answer was, "I could tell you a date but I'd be lying. I am very busy and I have no idea when I can get to it." I was shocked and didn't know what to say, so I said goodbye and hung up. I NEVER heard from him or the company again. The sad thing was I was going to pay the amount quoted, but luckily I found Abicus Plumbing who treated me with respect, was quick and did a fantastic job at 30% of the price

Milton Frank (MF) sent a young man to quote the job. At first he seemed unsure how to convert the sink for the single handle faucet. After I made a few suggestions he worked on his e-tablet for several minutes, then announced a price in excess of $400!!. As I already had a quote from another licensed plumber for ⅓ of that I told MF's man to hit the road. I think he thought that since I am old I am also stupid and gullible.

Milton Frank Plumbing scheduled an appointment for repair within 2 days. They called the day of the appointment to confirm. They also called for approval to come over an hour earlier than scheduled. I appreciate their communication. We will continue to recommend them. An added bonus was their $30 AL coupon!

Steven showed up and was able to find the issue immediately. He was extremely professional and very nice. It always helps when someone shows up and can sympathize with you and your issue. I would totally use them again.

Complete satisfaction that exceeded our expectations in each nod every step of each project. First class plumbing and remodeling. This company does it all. Project cost $30k for each major remodel done about a year apart.

Milton Frank service was excellent for response to set up a consultation and estimate. Since the project, which was a 70' gas pipe line installed was easy to quote and a 10 minute visit Milton Frank was nice enough to waive the consultation fee. However after a 5 minute review of the project which was to install a gas line straight from the gas meter to a point where a fire pit will be installed, they took 15 minutes to write up an estimate. The estimate was a one-liner " install gas line 75' " for ~$4400. Yes ~$4400! I had three quotes from 3 local reputable contractors that ranged from $400 to $550! So this estimate received from Milton Frank was 10x's more. I questioned the estimate, and even advised of the range of estimates I had received and they seemed quite happy with their quote. Therefore I give them an F for price.

They were very punctual with calls from plumber that he was in route. He fixed the faucet very efficiently and price was fair.

The camera showed the blockage and one reason why it occurred, a belly in the drain line approx. 30 feet from the kitchen drain cleanout. I asked the line be jet cleaned to insure there were no other issues. The guys answered all my questions, were very professional, and most importantly were on time.

I called Milton Frank yesterday and they had me on the schedule today. My window was 11-3. I actually did not get home until around noon and they had already tried to send someone out twice. I did not feel scorned though. The scheduler just said they would try again but would not send someone out until they reached me. Third time was the charm! I finally answered the call and someone was out in 20 minutes. The plumber (Robert) was very professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He repaired one toilet. I had planned to inquire about ordering a new heavy duty toilet for another bathroom and having it installed expecting a 2-3 week order/delivery timeframe but he said they had exactly what I needed in stock and he could have it delivered in 30 minutes and installed. Perfect! He was true to his word. The service call lasted less than two hours. The company even gave me a discount for donating canned goods to their food drive. I do not write reviews often (frankly, because most company do not deserve them - and usually the ones that do deserve one for the wrong reasons!), but I really was impressed with Milton Frank Plumbing.

It went very well. Travis was here a few minutes early, and diagnosed the problem, and fixed it he was professional and qualified to do the work.

It was pretty useless. It was, like, $60 to come out and I think they were charging me, like, $50 for parts. Labor was, like, another $40 or something like that. There were, like, two guys and they were making a lot of jokes between themselves and were, like, real giggly and kind of like, out of it. After it was fixed we asked if they would look at a clogged drain we had. He turned the water on and it eventually drained out so they told us it looked like it was working fine. We told them it was draining slow and they said if we had put some kind of drain unclogger thing in there it was probably fine. They told us to call them if it did not get figured out. They did put a little seal valve on our toilet. As far as anything else they kind of seemed like they wanted to get out of there and not do any more work. They were playing with my dog for, like, 15 minutes and I tried to get them to stop playing with my dog so they would get out of my house so I did not have to pay, like, a jillion dollars. They were nice and all, but, it was like they were high school kids. But they weren't, they were, like, 40 and 35. The pricing was not bad. The quality of what they fixed was great, but then they made a bunch of excuses to not fix anything else. They were there on time and everything was good. I think their punctuality was fine.

The plumber explained what he was doing, the reason for the replacement and answered my questions completely and courteously. The toilet was replaced, all water and mess was cleaned up.
