Description of Work: They had to locate the hot and cold water lines to our island kitchen to be able to cut and insert smaller lines due to leak under the slab. Seven holes in the wall before I suggested they look in the attic and master bedroom to find the lines. Once done, the work went pretty well. Apparently they have no device to find copper pipes in a wall.

Description of Work: Had a leak from above that was staining the first floor ceiling. Called Milton Frank for help - receptionist was very helpful in trying to have someone out soon. Within about 3 hours, we had a professional plumber who checked out the problem and fixed it. Very pleased with all aspects of their service.

Description of Work: Service man repaired a leak in the garbage disposal. He literally took longer to fill out the service bill than it took to fix the leak. About an hour or so late due to weather but we feel the price is excessive.
