Description of Work: Called Mlton Frank for an after hours service call to our weekend home on Lake Conroe after a supposedly "nearby" provider failed to even return my call. I had a house full of guests and needed my AC serviced ASAP. They were very responsive, professional and friendly. Part replaced very quickly and I was back in business. I have used Milton Frank for many years for plumbing. I will now use them for AC and heating repairs as well.
