Went with another company but it ended up almost the same price when it was all said and done

Called on Monday morning. Thay sent Robert out that morning. He was very efficient and replaced the pipe that was leaking. The next day Tuesday I found another leak in my upstairs bathroom. The lady I spoke with was very sweet and said that Robert would be back Wednesday morning. He came by at 8:30am. He replaced the leaky pipe. Robert did a great job on both projects.

We were selling our house the next day when the buyer sent us a message from Centerpoint saying there is a possible gas leak. I had to act quickly since 18 hours later we were signing papers to sell that home. Centerpoint came out and tested and said there was a gas leak in our attic. I called Milton Frank plumbing and they were able to get someone out to check within 1-2 hours of my call. The technician came out and checked everywhere and couldn't find anything (and I never smelt gas). The buyer had a second plumber come out before closing and didn't find anything and said that Milton Frank is a very reputable company. I was only charged for the drive and inspection since nothing was found.

It went all wrong from the start. My wife & I could not be at the house. It was my mother in law who greeted technician, he offered her two options for a disposal, one had an 8 year warranty the other had a 10 year and was an additional $400. She chose the 8 year option By the time he was done the bill was $1100.00 he never gave my mother in law a written estimate...he showed her some numbers on his tablet and asked he to initial if she wanted him to proceed. I am so angered with the whole process. More than $800.00 to purchase and install a garbage disposal....my god that is just wrong. After several days I did get to talk with owner Milton Frank he did discount my service a couple hundred dollars. I would recommend you avoid this provider by any means possible. if you absolutely have to use this provider please get a written estimate up front. if you need any parts please take the time to go out purchase what ever you need and only pay these folks for labor.

We have a contract I signed with them. They come twice a year to check the system and everything. It is usually in the fall and spring. They are very prompt. They do a good job, very professional, very polite. They always put covers on their shoes. They clean up well. Price I would like to see a little cheaper but it is okay.

Office called to let us know his possible time, then called again informing us he was on his way. Very professional, listened to our explanation and asked question to ***** the problem. Performed the work in less than 30 mins, checked all drains on this network, both up and down stairs. After Gus's departed, I called the office for the$30 discount. Was told I needed to do that with technician while he was here - site says I must gain approval from office. Office confirmed they can apply, but will be after holiday (Wednesday). Will check.

Great!!! They showed up in less than and hour, and knocked it out. He even gave some recommendations to my wife as far as maintenance.

Tech arrived on time, professionally performed the checkup, gave an exit report. Both the office personnel and the technician were polite and professional.

I used this company last year for a septic issue. I reviewed this company and two others on Angie's List. All three companies had really good reviews. The estimate from Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling was completed by Clint. The estimate was very detailed and focused on a quality system and making sure the work was done properly and looked good once completed. I really liked that they did not constantly try to upsale but did offer options if I wanted them. The bid was not only the most detailed but they also beat the price on the other two companies. Once I selected Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for the job the install date was scheduled the next Tuesday. The crew showed up at 9am to start replacing the system and to clean up the poor install of my other system so both systems would look the same outside the house once finished. The crew laid down linen cloth throughout the house to prevent any scratches to the wooden floors. At the end of the install the thermostat was not working properly and they suggested a new thermostat was needed. Instead of trying to upsale me on replacing a new thermostat the crew waited for me to run to Home Depot to grab a new thermostat and installed it for me before completing the job at 7:30pm last night. What else can I say, I am very impressed with this company. They treat you like you should be treated. I will be using this company for any other services I can for my house in the future.

Work was completed quickly and professionally. Price seemed a little on the high side, but it was still worth it to me to be assured of having a problem free plumbing service visit. I've had some not so good experiences with other plumbing contractors in the past, which is why I chose to go with Milton Frank Plumbing this time around.

I called Milton Frank early in the morning and received one day service. The technician was at my house for one hour diagnosed and repaired the contactor.

Neither found a leak, leaving a foundation mystery. Milton Frank cost 54% more than the other company (even with coupon) to do the same work. Anthony, the plumber, was very professional and explanatory, offering suggestions on plumbing work that needs to be done immediately vs what can wait.

He did a fantastic job. Have used their services for the last 18 or 20 years. The tech's are great. They are knowledgeable,efficient, respectful, they go out of their way to see the job is done right and to their customers satisfaction and happy to answer and explain any and all questions. They work with the customer to get the best cost. In short, I Highly recommen Milton Frank Plumbing for any of you needs. Thank you.

We called in the afternoon and they we able to send a plumber out right away! Performed the job quickly and for a reasonable price.

Technician showed up on time (my wife was at home), very fast response. After looking at the unit he indicated that it most likely was the gas valve, which they not only do not carry but they do not even work with America Hot Water Heater products. And they charged the $49 anyway. I was quite mad about this, phoned back, and after getting passed around a bit they were quite receptive and returned the service charge - is why I give them a B for professionalism. Their business model seems to be to make margin on the service fee which is not creditable to the repair cost - I would not recommend them for this alone.

Carlos and David from Milton Frank did a superb job. Quoted me the most appropriate unit, explained why I didn't need a more costly one with a recirculating pump (since my home does not have the required piping), arrived promptly to perform the job and did it within the stated time period. They also took away the old heaters, cleared all the debris, explained the features of the new unit and checked that everything was working.

It went great! They were very punctual and professional, and they're close by!

They are very expensive for whatever they do but they seem to fix it. I would recommend them because they'll get the job done.

They were fine, they were good. I've used them twice, I had them put in a water heater. I had the outside bib changed because I was having a banging noise in the pipe when that faucet was shutting off. It turned out just to be the faucet, not anything major.

I like this company. I paid a nominal amount for the service call. The quote to clean two tankless water heaters was $600. FM 1960 was $375. I offered $500 but they refused. I will use them in the future, but not to service my water heaters.
