My opinion of this company is fabulous. They were able to reuse the bricks they took out. They found and fixed the leak and replaced a valve. They sent out a plumber and a helper, and before they actually considered themselves "finished", they called in a Master Plumber to inspect the work. There were no chipped bricks. It ended up being about two foot square. The price was well worth the work done.

Although I shopped around before hiring Milton Frank, his price was right on target! The work was fine, and I would not mind recommending them to others. The work was done in a reasonable time frame, and I did not have to wait days like other places seem to like to do. I was given some tips on how to prevent this from happening again, because part of the reason this had happened was my fault.

We have used Milton Frank Plumbing for over 20 years. We wouldn't consider using another company. We are always pleased with their level of service.

I was happy with their work. When they finished, none of the faucets leaked and it looked nice to have them all matching. They didn't over charge us, which was a big plus.

When Frank Milton Plumbing came out, they tried to clear a clogged drain in the bathroom, but couldn't. They worked on it for two days; also they left a bit of the snake in the line, which made it worse. So of course, I had to get another plumber to do the job. Frank Milton Plumbing did a lousy job, took shortcuts because they were too lazy to do the job correctly & charged me $200 for a job they couldn't do. I wasn't very happy, they were unprofessional, prices are too high, & they don't know what they're doing. I would never recommend them & I won't ever use them again.

My hot water heater went out, so I called Frank Milton Plumbing & they came out. I was totally disappointed because they charged me too much. They kept leaving & coming back, & it was an inconvenience to me. It took them 1 & a half days to install this hot water heater, which had to be installed in the attic. It was a shorter, rounder one but it took much too long for them to install it so I will never use them again.

They got my last repair done quickly, and it works just like new. I have used them quite a bit and have not had any problems or complaints so I will continue to use them. I have always had good experiences with them, and they always do a good job of fixing the problem. They make fixing leaks look really easy.

Milton Frank Plumbing came out and did some work on my air conditioner. I had a drain pipe leak on my air conditioner and they were able to fix it right up. I feel that they were very helpful and honest. I thought it was a water pipe leaking and expected to pay a lot more. This company has a fleet of trucks for fast service.

We called them out on a Sunday, and they came right out to do the repair on the broken pipe in our shower. It cost a bit more because it was an emergency call on a Sunday, but I was impressed that they would even come out at that time. They responded quickly to the call and did a good job on the repair. They were friendly and professional.

I have been using them for a few years now. We have had no complaints regarding their customer service or the work that they perform. I feel that they employ very knowledgeable employees. They are helpful and explain what needs to be done. I have had them come in and do general plumbing on different occasions. They do have a good reputation in this area.

We have used their service for over fifteen years for various repairs. When we have a general problem, we schedule a time for them to come out. I think it is great that they are here when they say they will be. For emergencies, they come out immediately. I feel that the prices are satisfactory. They always call shortly before they arrive so you'll know when to expect them.

Milton answered my call promptly and followed up quickly with an estimate and repair. He was very reasonable with his prices and was able to explain the specific solution for stopping the leak. He was ready with parts and supplies. With my ok, the repair was scheduled on the spot, and the leak was fixed. He cleaned up any mess and left the bathroom in impeccable condition.

When the plumber arrived & I explained the problem to him, he immediately started to snake out all the pipes. However, he came alone, so I ended up as his assistant, helping him cart the snaking tool around, moving things for him, & cleaning the mess. The problem was not solved because he never checked underground where plants were growing into the piping, which had to be fixed by someone else.
