Tried to turn off the water in the shower and the handle would not turn off fully. Mark said had we continued using the shower, turning the handle, we would have broken the inside parts and we would have had a real problem.p

Somehow, they removed those 2 old tanks from our attic without any damage to the ductwork, furnace and ac units or anything else in the rest of the house. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. No pressured upsales and even suggestions for ways we could take care of the new system cheaper than calling a plumber everytime. When the work was finished, they did a very thorough job of cleaning up. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

They were timely and friendly. They explained everything. So far, I am happy with the product, and I have used them twice now.

When I called ,I was told there would be call out fee and that an estimate would be provided once their personnel assessed the job . I had already called other plumbers for verbal quotes, with many quoting approximately $200. When I was quoted $344,including a call out fee of $48.50, I asked if the call out fee could be waived. I was told no.I used the Angie's list $30 discount , to bring the cost down. As I took the day to stay home, I proceeded anyway. MY beef is with the addition of the call out fee. I think it should have been waved. thank you

Though expensive, we were influenced by the tax savings at the time. Saved space in the limited area that includes our air conditioner/heating system. Has worked well, though a filter to prevent hard water buildup in the heat exchanger must be replaced yearly. Also about every three years the heat exchanger needs an acid vinegar recirculation to ensure no scale buildup. That is costly if done by them, but a resident can do it with a recirculating pump kit from Home Depot/Lowe's. The workmen were pleasant and efficient during the installation. We continue to use Milton Frank under their MVP program and are happy with their overall service.

We were very with the work and especially the service tech, Daniel.

It went well. The work was done quickly and correctly.

Ryan showed up promptly, assessed the repairs and completed them in a timely manner. He explained the work he was going to perform and followed through with the repairs. Of course the pricing was not cheap, but I have never had a cheap plumbing bill. I would use this company again.

They were able to fix the issue the first time out. He finished the job within 30 minutes. They were very professional and responsive. I was impressed with their service and response.

No service because they don't service homes approximately 15 miles away.

A big BIG thank you to Daniel of MF plumbing for fixing this nightmare leak!!! Also to MF plumbing for sending him out! He stayed til 7:30pm to make sure the pipe was fixed and we had water to the house. As always, Milton Frank has again done excellent work for us in repairing our plumbing problems. I highly recommend their techicians (thank you again Daniel!!!) and their company to everyone. Technicians are always polite, friendly and helpful. :) I won't use anyone else as I know they will get the job done. :)

A whole had worn in a water pipe to an outside spigot and water was spraying out of it. The pipe had to be replaced from the inside out (from under the kitchen sink since that's where the pipe exited the house). Also, the spigot need to be and was replaced. The plumber was professional in appearance and demeanor, knew what he was doing, he was very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly. He also explained everything as he went along. He was very careful about not tracking in dirt from the outside and cleaned up his work area before he left. While he was there I asked if he had a kitchen sink faucet with him since mine was leaking and he said yes. He showed the faucet to me and I approved it so he also installed that as well. His total time for all was three hours. All the work was meticuously performed and I am very pleased with results. I thought they were quite expensive; however, I have not needed any plumbing services in many years so I do not know what the "going rates" are.

We've been using Milton Frank for several years and have always been pleased with their service. But I have to say that on this occasion, their technician James went beyond the call of duty. He replaced several faucets, a showerhead, repaired a leak, and unclogged a pipe which kept him busy all day Friday. Every step of the way, he was polite, efficient, patient and worked very hard to get everything just right. And when he was done, he checked everything to make sure it all worked properly before he left. We are so very pleased with his work!!! Daniel with Milton Frank Plumbing came in to fix the air filter on my dishwasher, when he realized the problem was caused by an inexperienced plumber. The plumber was recommended by a large chain store to replaced my disposal and he left off a part so that air can pass thru, when Daniel realized this (an error that no qualified plumber would make) he asked if any more repairs were made by this guy. Daniel I think save us from water damage, the electric water heater was replaced at the same time the repair was done to the dishwasher. As you can guess it was not done properly. Daniel with Milton Frank Plumbing corrected the error made.I am very glad he was concerned and knowledgeable.

Two visits. First visit: On time and professional service. Replaced 40 gal gas water heater ($858); replaced gas line to water heater ($175); replaced kitchen faucet ($504); replaced h/c cold water valves in bathroom ($140) and in kitchen ($140); replaced supply lines in kitchen ($135); repaired toilet internals ($163). Second trip 30 minutes later than 1 hour appointment window due to "training" in their office. Appointment was scheduled 4 days earlier, no communication as to later arrival. I had to call them to establish arrival time. Second trip installed disposal I provided ($241). Bottom line: do rigorous homework on labor costs, as this company seems VERY high.

I have an older home and needed all the horizontal pipes replaced. I had used Milton Frank in the past for small installation jobs and an entire bathroom remodel a few years ago (prior to being on Angie's List) and was extremely pleased with their staff and services. For this particular job, (as for all others in the past) I was given a written quote which was accurate and concise, so no hidden surprises. I also had been interested in purchasing an outside water filtration system for the entire house and decided to have that done as well, on the same scheduled work date. James, the Milton Frank plumber, arrived on time on the scheduled day of installation. He had a helper, and both were mindful of my home and took great lengths to lay down carpet protectors over my floorings during their labor. James was patient with my impromptu questions and answered all with knowledge and to my satisfaction. Their work took all day, and their clean-up, inside and out, was awesome!! Living in a small town community just a stone's throw from the large metropolitan city of Houston, I prefer to use local businesses close to me in order to promote our local economy. I highly recommend Milton Frank Plumbing to all that have any issues with their plumbing, whether it be repair, replace, or remodel. They are totally awesome!!!

Technician was very nice. He was professional and arrived on time. He did a great job replacing my shower fixture, toilet and water heater. Everything is working good, no problems. Although it was expensive I will use them again. All work was completed in 1 day.

Very nice people,from the first call to their main office number to Travis the plumber. Travis arrived within the hour from making the service call. He fixed the problem quickly and price was the best from the other plumbing companies. Fixed the water leak in the bathroom vanity. Will use them again.

I had a break on a section of galvanized pipe leading to an outside hose bib. I had called but not used Milton Frank Plumbing previously on a weekend - my home warranty covered that problem - and knew they might be able to help me out on this Sunday. Ryan came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem right away. He was very professional and personable and made surprisingly quick work on the repair.

I found a leak at my water meter on a Friday afternoon and called them that same afternoon. The lady answering the phone was extremely polite and helpful and said they could have someone there on Monday. Instead I scheduled it for the following Friday since I was going to be off. She said he would be at my house between 9 and 11. He showed up at 8:45 and got right to work. In the course of the water meter repair, he also discovered I had a leak where my water main comes up out of my driveway and goes into the side of my house. I also have an outdoor faucet at this same location. I asked if he would be able to repair this also and he said absolutely, they always expect to find more when they start a job. He wrote up a quote and showed me how much it would cost. I was shocked at the high price, but he was there and could fix both right then so I agreed. He warned me that he would have to turn the water off for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I said that was fine. He got straight to work. He did an excellent job and made sure there were no leaks. He had everything fixed in 2 hours. He cleaned up after himself and covered the deep hole he had to dig. I was completely satisfied with the work and the cleanup. Their pricing structure is a little strange. They charge $48.50 to come out and diagnose the problem, but they have an "annual contract" that you can sign and then there is no trip charge. Without the annual contract, my price would have been almost $900. With the annual contract, there is no trip charge, they take %15 off the price of repairs, and within the next year if I use them again there is no trip charge. Still, I was shocked at the prices. I signed the annual contract, just to save myself $150 but I probably will call someone else next time. I have since talked to several people and they all told me that Milton Frank has an excellent reputation but their prices are sky high. I now agree.

My husband call first thing in the morning and a technician arrived at the promised time only two hours later. Matt was professional, clean cut and diagnosed the problem quickly. He worked diligently for an hour removing the clog from the pipe and was professional and courteous. Anytime he was in the house he was sure to wear boot covers which I appreciated. I will definitely use and recommend this plummer in the future. Also I used my Angie's list coupon which was a bonus. Thanks again Matt.

Technician was very knowledgable and friendly. I signed a year agreement to use company and received an additional discount on my services.

Matthew showed up to our house on time. He assessed the situation and determined what was causing the noises we were hearing and then unclogged our master bath sink drain. He was very professional and informative. I would recommend him again anytime.
