Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling

The entire project went very well despite one mishap of a worker stepping through the ceiling in the master bathroom. No worries, though, because their contract included sheetrock work and painting. They completed the project as scheduled in five days, which I thought might be a half-day short, but they completed it on time, as promised. They also did a good job of picking up and cleaning up inside and outside the house.

They blew out the clogged air conditioning drain line and cleaned out the trap below in the bathroom. Then on a secondary problem, they changed the water flow line to our dishwasher. For ten years the cold water has been going to the dishwasher. MF corrected this builder error for us.

We could not have been more pleased with the overall quality and professinalism of the work performed by Milton Frank Plumbing. Our service rep who performed all of the work was Carlos Delgado. Carlos turned out to be an absolute God-Send. Before deciding on Milton Frank Plumbing, we had gotten estimates from three other companies. Milton Frank was not the cheapest, but after meeting with Carlos on two separate occassions, we decided on Milton Frank because we felt very comfortable with Carlos. Carlos was very patient and professional in explaining everything that the job would entail and in answering all of our questions. The total job took 5 days to complete. We were extremely impressed and totally pleased with Carlos' work. He showed up every morning punctual and ready to go. - No nonsense. He stuck to the plan that he outlined with us prior to starting the job.There was much messy sheetrock cutting on walls and ceilings involved throughout the entire house, but because of Carlos' skillful professionalism, the cutting was minimized and much less obtrusive than we had expected. Carlos cleaned up and made everything tidy and neat before leaving at the end of each day, and always made sure that we had running water. Carlos made the job a totally satisfying experience (we were definitely 100% satisfied) and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing expert plumbing service.

I went to their showroom to order a "family" toilet seat because I had a potty training toddler. The showroom staff was very helpful, and the order arrived quickly.

I emailed for an estimate on four areas that needed a plumber. I was contacted and a quick convenient time was arranged for the estimate. Mark was on time and courteous. I was a little put off by the $40.00 trip charge, only because I did not see it on the site nor was it ever mentioned. A trip charge is not unreasonable ? I was just surprised. The estimate came to just over $1000.00, we decided we only ?needed? about half the work done. I called and again a quick and convenient appointment was set. The work was done in good time and I thought the amount charged was reasonable. It has been about one week since the job was finished and we are completely satisfied with the work done.

I called Milton Frank to see if they could install our Rainsoft Water Filter cheaper than the Rainsoft dealer in Houston, the cost of which is $600. The submitted estimate from Milton Frank was $3,000 to install our existing water filter or $2,900 for a filter from Milton Frank including installation. Since we were being charged more for an installation of a system that we already owned than for a new filter, we decided a scam was afoot, and my husband installed the water filter for us. Total cost: ~$150.

Did an excellent job with all work. On time, professional and courteous.

Plumber arrived at the scheduled time. Removed and replaced 3 toilets. Water lines and 1/4 turn shut off valves were installed on 4 toilets. The water was shut off for the least amount of time & the plumber kept us aware of when the water would be off. All the work sites were returned to there original condition. The plumber was very professional in all aspects of the job & he made sure the work met our satisfaction before he left.

I thought the job went great. They showed up promptly and completely the work promptly and efficiently.

Prompt and professional. No problems, and I have to say that we've had no problems with any repairs or work they did. We did feel their prices were on the high side, but not out of line (like some!).

I thought the guys were very good. They came in and did the work, they explained everything they were going to do. I think the price was very good. I will absolutely use them again.

They did their job so quickly. Their overall performance as well as their responsiveness were good.

The project was managed well. The team communicated clearly and was fairly prompt. The only exception was the granite team. They seemed to operate on their own (undocumented) schedule. Regardless, Bob estimated the job would take about 3 weeks which was accurate. The first week we asked for a schedule of when the different teams would be coming in and out. We got a schedule and it turned out to match pretty closely. It was helpful to know when the different teams would be coming in and out. Overall, the guys did excellent work. We are very satisfied with our "new" bathroom.

My husband was at home and greatly enjoyed talking to the technician who was very well informed and able to answer all of my husband's question. We purchased the tanklesswater heater from Milton Frank so some of the work was warranty. The technician also analyzed our water and suggested that we get a filtration system and a water softener-- two very expensive purchases but we will consider this for the future. We also purchased the yearly maintenance contract at $65.00 which immediately gave us a $60.00 savings (approximately). We have been long time customers of Milton Frank but were unaware at the time that Milton Frank was an Angie's List participant so we didn't get to take advantage of the $30.00 discount in this month's coupon section of the Angie's List catalog. But we will continue to use them and may get to take advantage of the discount at a later date.

This company was on time. Did the work to my satisfaction. Clean professional employees. They remodeled my bathroom and it is beautiful. I have birds and worked with me for their safety. I will use them again.

Service was prompt (responded same day called), technician was professional, and work was completed quickly. This was our first experience with Milton Frank Plumbing, and we will use them again.

Called on Monday morning informing them of my issue. They had a cancellation so they were able to dispatch someone right away. The price for the work seemed a little high. They offered a $99 MVP plan which I took since it took the cost down. This seems a little odd to me. Why can't they just offer a great price. They performed the work and actually broke their auger but were successful in clearing the drain. Friendly technicians.

Came out within 2 hours of the service call. That's what I call prompt! checked over all plumbing and valves. Explained everything he was doing and answered all questions. Very nice to work with.

The appointment was easy to make. They called and met me on a timely basis. Their prices were pretty high, but Stephen showed up when he was supposed to, did what we agreed to, and then showed me a trick on how to clear the lines to the kitchen faucet that saved a lot of hassle and prompted the call to begin with. I am very satisfied and but for the cost, I would have had a lot more work performed.

They are wonderful. We call them for any plumbing needs we have. The price is a little high but they guarantee the work which makes the price worth it.
