The plumbers that came out was very attentive about the issues. The question at hand was that, there was an odd smell beneath the sink in our bathroom and he put a good amount of time to look around. He went up in the attic to look there, made a small hole in the back of the cabinet underneath the sink then he put it back and closed it back up as well. I was very impressed with his professionalism. They were very clear about the things we could do to address this. We took one step then decided we wait and see how it evolves from there. He was okay with that. They also have a membership plan. If you are somebody that needs a plumber very often, I suppose you could save some money through that. They came out quickly, they were very clear on they could do and how much everything would cost and I appreciate that.

Everything was handled very well. Steven was the technician that came out and he was pleasant and professional. The service was performed quickly and thoroughly. I was very pleased with them and plan to call them in the future should any plumbing needs arise.

I have used them, and they did a good job, but they are expensive.

They did a great job re-piping our house. They were prompt, professional and their estimate was what they charged. We have recommended them to other friends and the result has been the same with all some within the past 2 weeks. Pat did all the work in the house and also installed all of our new fixtures in the master bathroom remodel. We would use and recommend them again!

We were very happy with the services provided. Appointment scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to come out right away. The plumber showed up on time (a little early, actually!), listened to all of our questions and concerns, and was upfront about options and pricing. We didn't intend to get a new garbage disposal, but after discussing prices, we agreed to it and are very happy that we did. We will definitely be using Milton Frank Plumbing again!

Great service and service tech extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had an emergency whereby one of my outside faucets would not turn off. I highly recommend Milton Frank Plumbing and will call them again if I have any other plumbing problems.

We discovered a water leak over a bedroom about 6:30am. Water was running down the ceiling and wall. I called one plumbing company and left a message. Did not hear back by 8am, so we called Milton Frank. They had a cancellation and sent a plumber to our house. Soon after, the 1st plumbing company responded, but I told them we had a company responding. Milton Frank arrived, accessed the situation and gave me a price quote of $556.00. Technician replaced about a 12" section of water pipe and was complete with the job in one hour. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner and guaranteed. My issue is the cost. I strongly believe they took advantage of the situation that our water was off and we needed it back on quickly. Our insurance adjuster agreed and stated the cost should have been no more than $350.00.

What was a damp spot on Friday night was a wet spot on Saturday morning. We had used Milton Frank before and thought they were a bit expensive, but liked their work. My brother and my neighbors have also used them before. The plumber and I, working together, determined it was not the shower drain pan but a cracked nut/coupler on the jacuzzi bathtub motor. His rate was so reasonable I forgot to ask about my Angie's list coupon. Glad to write the check.

He did a great job especially since he had to climb over the washer and dryer to access everything. Turned gas back on and relit water heater.

I called Milton Frank because they are a local company and I see their trucks all over pur area so i figured they were good. Wrong!!! They were able to dispatch someone to come out the same day so that was nice with a 48.50 trip charge. Thats fine even though i know there are others with free estimates. Again, i thought they were reputable. Anyhow, they technician comes out and he says "God, we should all be off for two weeks during the holiday" so i think he was a little bitter. So he walks out to the water heater looks at it without touching it and kind of look dumbfounded. He hits the Start button snd it lights. He says "well if this doesnt work then you need a new water heater which will run you about $900". I had to go handle something else so my partner wrote him a check. After he left i found out it was $112. WHAT?? Apparently he charged us $60 to hit the start button!! Are you joking?!? We did that ten times before he got to our house...we knew it would light. Jeez! So i called and asked to talk to the Service Manager who wasnt available until the next day. Well shockingly he didnt call immediately the next day which is what i expected. So, i called him. He was NOT very nice and very impatient. He kept saying "well thats how much we charge" and i kept saying "you charge 60 bucks to hit a start button?!?" He finally agreed to refund the 60 but i will be shocked if i ever get it back. Oh, but trust me when i say that i WILL get it back, even if it means i have to sit in their showroom! Its the principle of the matter. Needless to say, i will never use them again and that really stinks because i like supprting local companies. Technician verified that we had no water leaks on the property. Very professional. Would recommend.

I did not use Milton Frank but I did visit their showroom. The staff was very professional, however, I never got an estimate. I would however consider getting an estimate in the future should the need arise.

As usual, our plumber arrived on time. Also as usual, he was professional and courteous. He told us that the roots of the trees in our front yard were the cause of the back up, and that the stretch of pipe there needs replacing. We found the price quoted for that short stretch of pipe very high, so we've not decided whether or not to have them do that work as well.

Excellent and professional as usual. Sink drain was cracked underneath. Replaced and fixed in less than an hour.

We called the company on a Friday when we discovered the problem. We expected to get a return call on Monday, but they called us back promptly and sent someone out to look at the situation that afternoon. The repairman needed some additional parts and his colleague brought them less than an hour later. By late Friday afternoon, all repairs were made and things were working properly again. We were very pleased with the prompt response and the quality of the work. Both repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable.

They were very prompt on the service over the phone. They asked me to pick a date and they came out on that date, they were very flexible on the time of day.

I have been doing business with Milton Frank plumbing for a few years now. We always sign up for their value program which gives the discount on any plumbing work they do. Most recently had them in to clear the clog in my kitchen sink. At first I was told it would be two days before they could come out. But a few hours later they called me back and they were on their way. Showed up quickly, gave me a quote, I approved the work, he fixed the clog in minutes. Cost me about $250.00.

I called in the morning and they sent Stephen out that afternoon. They called to tell me they were running a little later than the window they had initially provided and called again when they were on their way. Before entering the house, Stephen slipped on little surgical booties to keep my carpet and floors clean. (What a thoughtful gesture of this provider!).. Work was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. I will continue to use this company.

I was not home when the tech came, my sister handled the details. All went well, very professional and got the job done and have had no problems since. She said the tech was extremely nice and friendly. No problems with anything that was done. He did use the coupon provided by Angies List so the price came down to about $180.00. The thing that I didn't like was the service call fee. This is charged no matter what they do. If they do nothing you are charged. If they do the job, that is charged on top of the cost of the repairs. Most places would include that in the total price. Then they try to offer a deal with no service charges if you pay them $99.00 up front and then you never pay another service call fee. That means you can only use them if you want no service charge. Why was that not on the Angies List page??. I will not use them again. The choice was mine to make to have them do the work so paying the service charge is on me. I will not use them again. Sad cause I really liked the work they did and the people were great.

Although the technician was pleasant, he recommended a new tankless water heater before we even reviewed why I called for service. Apparently, the builder routed the water pipes in an unusual way. So much time was needed to figure out the issue. The technician continued to recommend tankless or simply removing the second water heater and just going with one. That doesn't seem like the best course if the home was built with two to accommodate the number of bedrooms and anticipated usage. He did reroute water and gas to the working water heater, but before writing up the ticket he pulled out a water testing kit and proceeded to test our water and recommend a filtration system. By this point, I knew a second opinion was in order. Two days later, a technician from another company gave me the bad news that the Milton Frank technician broke the on/off gas valve on one of the water heaters. Although quotes were fairly comparable, I'm going with A+ Castle Plumbing.

Milton Frank Plumbing has hired James, a true professional at his craft. James was the lead plumber in all the work performed at our our home. He was most efficient and friendly. He was on time and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose and solve our plumbing needs. My husband and I would not hesitate to call Milton Frank Plumbing again for any plumbing concerns. James has set the standard high!

The technician arrived on time performed the work prescribed with good result. There was one issue with the installation in that the on/off knob does not go up and down like it used to. The off switch is now in the 165 degree position rather than the 180 degrees. My understanding is that this is something that cannot be fixed but we would have appreciated a comment from the technician. Otherwise, we were happy with end result. The lack of water pressure is effectively resolved. Updated Comments: No issues with the updated work. It works perfectly and the water pressure is much better than before. If you want a good plumbing job, these are the folks to call.

WOW! Talk about Customer Service...... I called Milton Frank Plumbing this morning, as my toilet has been clogging for 3 days. The Receptionist was professional and courteous, and she had a Tech at my house by 2:00. He was such a nice guy and even caulked around the toilet to make sure that it didn't continue to move and cause problems in the future. I was so impressed that I purchased the Yearly Maintenance Plan. It's not often that you encounter a Company that is able to encompass all of the aspects needed to provide great Customer Service, but they have done it! Ask for Daniel....he's awesome!

Milton Frank was quick to respond to our call, gave us a fair estimate of cost and length of time to complete the job. The technician was friendly, experienced and on time. He completed the job earlier than estimated and cleaned up after. We joined their value plan and received a $130.00 discount. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
