Service was prompt and professional. My only problem was with the pricing. The initial call was for a leaking bathtub outlet. Because it required cutting through some sheet rock to reach they charged excessively for this given it was a 20" x 20" cut that took about 5 minutes to do. Admittedly having to reach through to make the repair was inconvenient...but not as inconvenient as the additional charging. I agreed to a replacement of the water heater due to corrosion created by previous plumber's installation using dissimilar metals for connection. Learned a lesson there.

On time, detailed estimates; work was performed quickly and with high quality and attention to detail. They were professional and used high quality parts (price pfister and Kohler)

I thought this went very well for such a big job. They were professional, did great work, and minimized the impact on the house and the mess. The team who restored the dry wall were excellent as well. The only minor hitch was that they forgot to re-hook up my dishwasher. I ended up doing that myself.

Work was done professionally.

They were out the same day. I have an annual service agreement and one of the benefits of having this is no trip charge and lower rates. The technicain was great and very professional and he had a trainee with him so it was a learn on the job situation for this person.

I had these guy come out to inspect a bad water leak under my house. He gave me an estimate and then I remembered to call my home warranty. Sadly they weren't on their list of providers so I went with someone else. The "other company" came out and just guessed at the problem without even troubleshooting. They told me the leak was probably under the house and they needed to route a whole new main pluming line to the house which is thousands of dollars! I asked if it's covered under warranty, and of course it's not. So I told him I don't their services. Called up Milton frank and they were there the next day. They came out and spent an hour or so troubleshooting what the problem is. Found out it was the PVC to galvanized adapter had cracked. ALOT cheaper than routing a whole new plumbing main, sheesh! SMH Very professional, courteous and competitively priced. Highly recommend and will use them in the future. Thanks!

I have used Milton Frank before and they are very professional and punctual. The latter said, their pricing is pretty outrageous. I had them quote me several options on gas line installation since we didn't get it when our house was built. The guy could not do it that day, nor did he have a way of checking where the gas line was in the wall (so it would be a hit or miss if they cut a piece of my wall out). The prices he quoted me were 1000 on just them guessing where the line was (no guarantees) up to over $4500 dollars. Yes - for a gas line! Needless to say we decided to opt for getting a propane grill. I had to pay a service call fee of $50. After talking to the plumbing company for future reference where the gas line was, they told me they only offer warranty services. However, the owner told me that I should shop around because the parts with labor should only be about a few hundred dollars. My advice is do NOT use these guys unless you just want to throw money away. They are nice, but nice doesn't justify the ridiculous labor prices they charge.

They responded the same day I called them. They gave me a very competitive bid with warranty that exceeded other bids I received. They made sure all our water service was working properly after the line was installed and took care of soe minor problems while they were here including ordering a new facet that we had puchased earlier from someone else that was still under warranty. We are totally happy with the job they did in every respect.

It was fine and I will use them again in the future.

Good customer service from the initial phone call to the Milton Frank office to the plumber who supplied the service. Have been very pleased with the results, and total price included an optional/annual MVP member charge of $99, which extends a pricing discount for products, free service calls, etc.

William is always outstanding, extremely conscientious, and goes above and beyond.

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing for many many years and have recommended them in the past. Although perhaps not the least expensive they are always professional, courteous, and on time.

I am older, but capable to do the work had not my wife been recovering from surgery. Because I had enough on my hands as her care giver, I elected to have a professional do the work. They took advantage of me and I let them, this time. But, not again. Turns out their reputation in the area mirrors my observations. So, if you are blessed to be very well off where service and quality override any cost, this firm is a good choice. These clients may fit their business model, which is certainly understandable. If your circumstances are middle class and less, there are other plumbers available. Get multiple estimates.

I have never had a repair/service truck arrive so quickly after I called! Daniel was prompt, kind, courteous, meticulous and informative about all he was doing, and he cleaned everything up so neatly and finished the job so that the surrounding area looked better when he left than before he started work! I will definitely have this plumber on speed dial.

We had what appeared to be a leak. Milton Frank came promptly and correctly informed us that we had a bigger problem. Issue is, they strongly recommended/referred Emergency Services Restoration and Emergency Construction Repair Services perform our Water Damage work, which, in a bind, we took their advice. Those were two highly disappointing companies to deal with ( e.g. not showing up on time or at all and taking materially longer to complete job than quoted). Milton Frank's work is good, but these two companies they have chosen to align themselves with sully their otherwise good reputation. Internet searches indicate that those two companies pay referral fees to plumbing companies to refer business. Milton Frank, you might consider your reputation is tied to those whom your strongly endorse.

New toilet was recommended and price was very high for replacement so chose to replace toilet elsewhere. Once toiletwas replaced problem remained. Called to report that was not issue and still needed resolution. A different repairman came out and was very apologetic that a more through investigation was not done before recommending replacing toilet. He investigated all possible options including having another technician come with a camera to look in drain lines. Finally the issue was discovered in plumbing under the slab. Since I had been charged for the initial service call I was not charged for the second one and was only charged for removing and resetting the toilet. I was very disappointed after finding out the replacement toilet was not the issue but the second repairman did all he could to make up for the bad experience and turned my opinion around about the company.

I think they did a good job but they are too expensive.

Job was completed quickly with no problems. I purchased Milton Franks preferred customer service and use them for all my plumbing work.

I found them on Angie's List. My experience with them was alright. They are pretty expensive. They didn’t finish the job the first time. So they had to come out and finish it. The second time, when they came out to finish, they were halfway through the job and they decided that the job was bigger than they thought it was going to be. They said that they would have to charge us more without sticking with the original amount. In order to get them to finish the job, we had to pay them more. The guy was nice enough, but I don’t know if I would use them again. With regard to quality, his second trip out was to fix his own error. With regard to responsiveness and punctuality, they were pretty good about being there.

I drove to the office of Milton Frank Plumbing to order this job in person in order to make sure that the plumber who responded to our house had the right equipment to perform our job. Specifically, I advised that the responding plumber would need an extension for the standard 100 foot long snake that the plumbers typically carry on their trucks. The reason for this was that the clogs that have occurred in our sewer line in the past have typically been located between 105 - 110 feet down the sewer line and the standard 100 foot line is insufficient to reach this area. I say this as someone who has experienced numerous clogged sewer lines after living in this house for 24 years and knows where the problem areas are located. I advised the office staff not to send a plumber to our house without the snake extension. The plumber arrived at our house at which time I asked him if he brought the extension for the snake as I had requested. He advised that he did NOT bring the extension. I advised him that he was wasting our time at which time he advised me that he could call for another truck to bring a snake extension to us. He further advised that he would start the job because there was a very good chance that the extension would not be necessary. The plumber ran the snake down the main line and was unable to clear the drain. He then advised me that the snake was inside our septic tank, and that any further attempts would risk breaking the snake. I knew that this was not true because a 100 foot long snake is incapable of reaching our septic tank. I requested that the plumber continue to try to clear the drain. The plumber advised me that he could not risk breaking the snake because he would have to pay for it if it broke. The plumber then contacted his supervisor by cell phone. I personally spoke to the supervisor and advised him that a plumber could break a cable anytime they cleared a drain and that this was not a valid excuse to walk away from a job. I guess the supervisor agreed, because he actually drove to our home to investigate the situation. So now we had the original plumber, the second plumber who delivered the snake extension, and the supervisor, all deliberating whether or not they could risk breaking a snake cable to clear our drain. The supervisor then correctly determined that the snake was NOT inside the septic tank, and ordered the plumbers to attach the extension snake to the 100-foot snake and to continue snaking the drain. The plumbers attached the extension, ran it down the drain, hit the clog right where it always has been, between 105 -110 feet away, and cleared the drain. Milton Frank Plumbing was ready and willing to leave our house without clearing our sewer line because they were worried about damaging an easily replaceable snake line. It took the intervention of a supervisor to prevent this. It turned out that there was no risk to their equipment whatsoever. It is absolutely astonishing that this company would ignore my very specific instructions, even after I walked into their place of business and explained the history of our drain problem to them in terms that a 5-year old could understand.

They did good work and were able to make it out on the weekend. We were happy with the service.

They attempted to do something that really could not be done without cutting through the downstairs ceiling. They tried to install a seal behind where the tub is, they should not have even attempted it when they looked into this. I ended up doing this myself. I did talk to manager about this and they refunded me $170.00 for reversing the charge for attempting this project when they should not have. The job was not repaired.

The water meter area was filled with water. This had to be pumped out and the water valve to the house shut off as well as the interior valve. This was done. Then the area around the water meter was dug up to reveal that the water supply pipe was cracked at the elbow. This elbow was replaced and the pipe reassembled. It was allowed to dry. The water was turned on to double check that the repair was complete. It was. The hole was filled in and the grass replaced (as best it could due to the wetness of the earth) . The whole job took over 2 hours and we are pleased with the result and the professional manner of the representative.

They were extremely prompt in getting here and the service was excellent. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and there was nothing to cleanup when they left.

Since water was leaking from the second floor of our home to the first floor, time was a factor. They arrived promptly and began the task of replacing two hot water heaters immediately. While two plumbers drained and disconnected the old units another plumber delivered the new units and joined the job. We were very satisfied with their service and chose to take advantage of their MVP program that offers discounts and a yearly check. After our insurance company explained other "avoidable losses," we had Milton Frank out again a few days later for the general check and to target the items listed by our insurance. We plan to renew the MVP program each year and have those important annual checks.
