My HP Pavilion laptop has been an awful computer with a long history of problems. The latest problem started about two months ago. The computer could not access the internet with the internal adapter so I installed an external adapter which worked for about two months until that approach failed too. I called Mark who worked on the computer remotely. The remote access is a great convenience. Mark was diligent and persistent in resolving the issue with internet access. Mark's service was exceptionally good, among the very best that I have ever received.

Mark worked his magic. Same day service; answered all our questions and offered solid advice. Cleaned up the computer and now it runs better than before. Very competent, professional yet personable, down-to earth, and reasonably priced.

Mark has worked on my computers for 15 years now, and I love how he can remotely log in and take care of all my computer issues. He usually responds and is ready to log in to my computer within just a few hours and gets everything taken care of for me. I recommend his service to anyone looking that "computer guy"

I've used Mark for over 15 years and he is one of the most skilled and helpful guys in this business. His rates are very reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of computer set-up and restoration. Although he has moved from Indy to Houston, TX he is still available to his Hoosier clients via remote access. I have never heard anyone who has used Mark say anything negative about his services. In fact one of my former neighbors who was a client of his, jokingly said he couldn't move to Texas because she needed him so much. He is a real gentleman and a skilled computer service person who always does his work with passion and patience. The pc that somehow crashed and lost my files was a pc that was only a few months old. When I contacted Mark about the loss of files problem I asked him whether he could have transferred my programs and files from the old pc to the new one and he said he cold have done so. I wish I had known that before I had a local person do the job for me.

Mark is a great guy to have working on your IT needs. In addition to knowing how to diagnose problems, he makes operating systems like Windows 10 easier to use on your computer with tweaks on how it is presented. I thought his pricing was extremely reasonable considering how many hours it took him to resolve my computer's issues. If you live close to the Spring area, you can save on the trip charge by taking the computer to him, although I thought $50 was extremely reasonable for him to come to my door. If Angie's List would allow it, I'd give Mark an "A+."

I've used Mark for over 20 years for computer assistance and he has always done an outstanding job. Today he spent over 2.5 hours remotely installing Windows 10 on my two pcs as well as removing unnecessary programs and softward and generally "cleaning up" both computers. Mark used to regularly provide assistance remotely and in my home when he lived in Indianapolis. He and his wife moved to Houston Texas last year and he still can provide computer services from there. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. His website is Mark-et al.com. Fantastic! Could not have gone better

Mark is very thorough in making sure everything needed to be done with both a desktop and a laptop, was performed so as not remove any virus on the machines. He updated many programs for us and got rid of unnecessary programs that were slowing down the computers performance. He ordered and installed a backup program for us and he also took the time to explain how to perform some the functions on both computers that we were not familiar with how to manage them. He arrived on time, called first to let us know he was on his way, and was very professional.

I could not get my speakers to work on my new computer, and so I called Mark. He returned my call and explained the steps that he would follow to solve the problem. I did as he suggested and determined that my old speakers were the problem, not the sound card or drivers. Result: I now have new, working speakers and did not have to pay for a service call.
