+ 0 moreThe price included the equipment and labor. The price was very good and below the industry average. The quality of work was excellent. His responsiveness was lower than I wanted it to be. There was a complication because I was out of town and was trying to coordinate with him. I wasn't here but I don't recall any complaints about his punctuality and I don't have any recollection of anything negative. I think he was here when he was expected to be. His professionalism was excellent and I have no complaints.
Description of Work: Manuel Manriguez replaced our air-conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreThey were on time. They provided an estimate in writing for me. I did not go with them I had one estimate for $900. I am still looking before doing anything; I really wanted to just get the information for when I am ready. It would of cost me $1,200.
Description of Work: I had them come over to give me an estimate on shower repairs. I needed new pipes installed for it.

+ 0 moreThis gentleman can do just about any type of handyman service. He is very prompt, good at what he does and will give free estimates. He has all the tools for the job and is a really nice guy.
Description of Work: Manuel Manriguez did some plumbing, fixed a base board in the bathroom and also serviced some other odds and ends.
