Description of Work: I contacted this company for a A/C check-up before last summer (2011), due to an advertisement in a publication that I received in the mail. The service person was punctual, and performed the "check-up" for the mentioned price in the ad. Two weeks later, I experienced a roof leak in my livingroom due to overflow from the unit. I was very upset because it occurred on a Saturday, and I had just had a check-up from this company and nothing was mentioned to me about a problem with this unit. After calling Majestic on that Saturday, a technician was sent out and he fixed the problem, but I had to pay week-end rates. He advised me that the previous technician had only checked ONE of my units and ignored the other, because the special rate applied from the advertisement only covered ONE unit! I was not informed of this and it was not reflected on my receipt at the time!
