They did the fix but suggested that I replace the unit. I will continue to use them.

The cost was about $100. It is kind of a Special Deal that they have. I think normally they charge about $59 something like that just to do each separately. We have three heaters and three air conditioners. It was cheaper to do their special deal than to do each separately to come out. For what we had called them to do, they did very well. There was a little problem and the person that they sent out to do the work is a young worker and he quickly discerned that it was over his head. So, they sent out the next day a more experienced worker who got the job done in a split second. We were pleased that he saw that it was something he needed more help on. They did well. We like their work.

Excellent work. Very satisfied. Prompt and courteous. Would definitely use again.

On or about February 22, 2016, my appointment was set for 2:00pm and was told there was a 30 minute window. I was told by the main office that a representative would call prior to showing up. At approximately 2:00pm, there was no phone call and I called the main office and talked to one of their associates to inquire about the service call. The associate stated it was now looking at 3:00pm, so I told them it was fine and for them to have their technician call me. At approximately 3:00pm, there was no phone call and I again contacted the main office and talked to another associate and asked if someone was coming to my house. The person then stated I was still on schedule and I asked them to have someone call me to give me a time frame. There were no phone call from any representative and at approximately 8:15pm, a technician showed up in the company van and he stayed in his vehicle talking on the phone. A few minutes later, the technician exited the vehicle and he stated "sorry for being late" and I told him to leave. I took half a day off from work so that I could be here and never received a phone call as to explain the delay. As of July 25, 2016, I still have not received a phone call to offer an apology or asked if I still wanted their service.

Provided a thorough quote with options the same day I called. Was on time and very professional. Answered all my questions. Signed the agreement that afternoon and service was scheduled for the next morning. Installation was smooth and quick. Did a final inspection and demo with me. That night we had an issue with the thermostat, left a voicemail, they sent a technition first thing in the morning. He found a setting during installation that was wrong, apologized, fixed it and was gone in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed! We are more than satisfied.

Before we actually purchased the system the Trane consultant came by for a free consultation, performed a detailed inspection, and helped us determine our needs. I had been told that the heat pump was the best for our climate and a friend was very pleased with her system. The consultant concurred and showed us information to back this idea up. He also explained what the ratings meant and everything about the construction and what we would expect of the system in the future. We were going to purchase the system at some later time but the A/C we had broke down unexpectedly and we purchased the system earlier than planned. A date and a time frame was set with ease. The payment arrangements were also set up with no trouble and they worked with us to ensure all our needs were met (Everyone in our house hold has allergies). The technicians showed up within the time frame and day they promised. They began the work soon after arriving and were very careful and safe. They removed the old system and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. One of the technicians explained the new thermostat controls to us as this was an entirely different system type that we had never owned before. The salesman also called and stated he would come by and explain the thermostat and filters in more detail. He showed up the next day and did as he promised. Everything was left neat and clean and the technicians took the old system away with them and disposed of it for us. No mess was left for us to contend with. We are very happy with the unit and it has indeed met and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone!

The tech showed up right on time and promptly provided the service required. I will use Majestic AC and Heating again in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends.

They came when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and responisve to our requests. The fixed an odd issue with our thermostat that three other A/C companies could not.

Outstanding company with outstanding service! This is a company that is honest and operates with integrity. We found it very refreshing doing business with them. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and understood all that needed to be done. Chris was our representative and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful from going over the system, to supervising the team that did the work, to teaching us how to use the thermostats and so on. We will be 'forever customers' of Majestic Air Conditioning.

Technician was very knowledgeable, on time, courteous and fixed our problems and even found a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed which no one else who has come out before cared to point out to us before. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he serviced both air conditioners, found the one unit low on freon and asked my permission before he added any. I also asked him for a quote on replacing the system and he helped me determine which size we would need and gave me the pricing for that. Great company! Will hire again! And by the way, the quote he gave us was $3,000 less than the last company who serviced our AC!

He could have easily told me my heater was too old to repair, its over ten years old but he was honest and upfront with me and my wife. I was braced for the worst but he was very helpful. The part was ordered and installed with no problems. The cost was very affordable.

We keep using them, because they fix things. We also got them to put in our unit a few years ago. They have been great and they have such nice employees. They call me every year, so I don’t have to remember to call them. I like that they are also in our area. I felt like with their pricing that I got my money’s worth. They really seem to know everything about the HVAC system; they are knowledgeable and they explain things too. They offer a service contract where they come out in the spring time and I pay one price. That also includes a free service call in the winter time. With the service contract we also get discounts on parts too. Typically the same technician comes out every time as well. I wished I could give them an A+ and I think they are a good company.

I have no complaints. Responsiveness was very good. I used them based on a personal contact and not through Angie's List. I would not say the experience was extraordinary, but they dutifully attended me. We had to change appointments and there was something major so they came back. There were some experiences that they turned over to another company as indicated by the insurance. I was happy with them.

They were wonderful. They arrived on time, got right to work, hauled the old AC away, installed the new one, cleaned up, and left on time. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I quit smoking about 15 years ago and the smell of smoke makes me sick to my stomach. I mentioned that at the initial write up and the gentleman stated he would insure that the crew were all non-smokers...and he did. There was a minor "hiccup." Where to lines fed into the house was at an awkward angle and they did not have the needed insulated covers to do the trick. They had to order them and they were out three days later, early in the morning, and the only reason I even knew they were there is because the dog barked. They apologized and said they wanted to take care of it without disturbing me. Disturb me, disturb me. I can't praise them enough.

The service is great. Technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. Work completed as scheduled.

They are most honest, reliable, air conditioning company in Houston.

Our AC unit quit putting out cold air, called Majestic and they had a technician (Travis) out the next day. He checked out the unit and found it was low on coolant, we then went into the attic to check the coil for leaks. After tearing into the ducting and locating the coil and doing some leak testing he found no leaks present. During this time he explained that I could either refill the coolant, replace the evaporator coil or replace the entire AC unit. Given the age of the unit we have replacing the unit is an option to consider. We went back outside and he found the compressor had seized since it had been running with low coolant, he was able to free it up and get it running again. He then filled it up with more coolant and we have been running cool ever since. Travis answered all the questions I asked, and gave me good information on pricing and options.

I think they did a good job. The job cost an additional $500 dollars to install an attic vent that was not up to code.

The tech from Majestic came out and determined that I would need to replace the coil in my AC. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Majestic gave me several options and informed me about the pros and cons of each. The installation was scheduled and the tech came in promptly and finished pretty fast. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Majestic and would recommend them to my friends and family

The sales rep, Chris Pine was very patient and knowledgeable. The proposal was very detailed and included several options to select from. We compared pricing with several other contractors and are pleased with our decision to use Majestic. A 4-man crew arrived on time and the new system was up and running by 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. The system is functioning as promised and we are seeing improvements in energy consumption. The new system is quiet and the inside humidity level is more comfortable than ever.

They are very customer oriented. They also were good to explain what we needed.

Majestic Air conditioning is affiliated with Lowe's. We took several bids and found they were they best in quality and price. My Dad is a cancer patient and we needed a quick install as our old AC had died. Ronnie Rains was great . Explained all the options with pros and cons. His team arrived early and worked super hard to get us set up. They laid down canvas tarps on the floors and took every precaution to keep the house clean. We've used Majestic for approx. 6 or 7 yrs. now and have been pleased every single time! The Tech. (Javier) is always on time and is probably the most kindest, most honest gentleman i've ever met!
