+ 1 moreMagic Craft Construction is very professional. We have been more than satisfied with their work. They are currently working on some water damage issues in the house, plus crown molding in MBR, and beadboarding the ceiling of our 4-season room. They come, do the work and clean up afterward. We have come to know what to expect from them, and know we never have to look for someone when we need help in their area of expertise.
Description of Work: replaced siding on back of house with hardiplank; remodeled screened in porch to 4-season room; installed double-paned windows and storm door on the 4-season room and upstairs windows on back of house; added several indoor and outdoor electrical outlets and outdoor lighting; replaced dormer with stained glass window on front of house, and currently is adding bead board to ceiling of room; replacing sheet rock on water damaged walls; installing crown molding in master bedroom; re-insulating entire attic.

Description of Work: David came out and help me design a very unique and outstanding design with curves and radius built into it,they also included a built-in fire pit with gas hookups.they always showed up on time with job scheduled! His men were very courteous and did a outstanding job and made sure to pick up any mess at the end of every day! I'm very pleased with magic craft construction work and I'm very satisfied with the quality of work they did. Now we are on phase two and designing a pergola!!

+ 3 moreThey did an incredible job. Everyday they picked up their mess and left the worksite in great shape. They were prompt and always calling if the weather was going to be an issue. I would highly recommend them for any time of drywall repairs and outdoor harbors, pavers and patios. It's beautiful.
Description of Work: The contractor built an arbor and put in pavers for us. He also put in some plumbing snubs where we can add an outdoor kitchen at a later date.

+ -1 moreFrom design, to manufacturer and installation, all went quickly and smoothly. This atrium cover is absolutely beautiful, and everyone who comes to the house remarks about how it has turned this plain atrium into a beautiful peaceful setting. Previously the evening sun came into the sliding doors making that part of the house unbearably hot, and baked the plants. This cover corrected this problem, and created a beautiful place where I can sit and enjoy the outdoors, and watch my flowers grow. It has improved the appearance of our atrium and patio immensely. I can not envision anything else that we could have been more pleased with.
Description of Work: After several years of contacting contractors, manufacturers and iron workers to create the arched metal and wood atrium cover that I envisioned, and had drawn a sketch of, I finally made contact with Magic Craft Construction. Everyone I had talked to previously told me it either could not be done, the span was to large, the metal was impossible to bend, or they could not find anyone to weld it the way it required. What I was looking for was a custom designed and made a 16" x 20" arched atrium cover 6" high that would allow light, but stop the intense sun. David sat down with me, reviewed the drawings I had, showed me how to make it better and designed it that day. They rolled the steel into an arch, welded it into a double arch that we could put lights on, and placed it over the atrium. Then used cedar 2"x2" boards to create a sun break, yet open air.

Description of Work: PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF A TWO-STORY HOME, REPLACING ALL DAMAGED BOARDS WITH HARDIPLANK. PAINTED HOUSE, TRIM, SHUTTERS, AND RECAULKED THE EXTERIOR.
