Jason responded immediately to my request and set an appointment for the next Monday morning. I was worried that we would not want to come all the way out to Richmon, but he said he would be happy to come. He arrived right on time, installed the faucet. Jason was very prompt, courteous, honest and did an excellent job. I have already recommeded him to a couple of coworkers and I'll definitely use him again for my next plumbing job.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I contacted Jason on a Friday evening and he changed hi schedule around so that he could make it out to my house on Saturday! He took the time to communicate the problem to me and the steps that he would take to fix the issue. He had my kitchen sink unclogged in no time at all. He also shared with me advice on what I should not dispose of in the garbage disposal in order to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. I could not have been happier with the prompt and professional service provided by Jason. I recommend him highly!

Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and completed the job as agreed.

Used an Angie's list 2 hour labor coupon to have a replacement garbage disposal and kitchen faucet installed (my parts). After installing the garbage disposal Jason advised that the new faucet I purchased used flexlines rather than the old fixtures copper tubing. As additional hardware was required Jason asked if I wanted him to leave the job to get the plumbing adapter pieces and metal finish caps to cover the old faucet holes (moved from a three hole to one hole faucet). I authorized both. We had not specifically discused the material prices, but the parts cost on the final itemized invoice was very reasonable. The primary jobs of installing the new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet was completed but without enough time to complete the secondary job of resetting the toilet tank (leaking tank bolts) to the bowel and installing a new dual flush kit (my parts). Was provided a very reasonable quote on the extra labor that I accepted. Jason was not familiar with the specific dual flush kit I had but was able to quickly install it. Final job was to diagnose leaking hot water line in same bathroom which was quickly diagnosed as a loose set nut that was tightened. No additional expense as was covered under the incremental labor estimate. Jason was punctual, worked diligently and asked in advance for authorization of incremental material expenses. I would highly recommend Luck Plumbing.

Used big deal coupon for 2 hrs of plumbing service and paid for the supplies. I had a slow leak in the joint of a pipe going to hot water heater. I had got 2 quotes from 2 big companies that seemed extremely high. I called Luck Plumbing and Jason gave me a quote that was about $290 lower than the other quotes I had so I bought the Angies List coupon and he came the next day and fixed the problem in about 2 hours and even replaced the other line at the same time as they were about 14 years old. He did an excellent job and was very nice and easy to talk to. I also got him to give me a quote on replacing my water heater as It was installed in 1998 and needs to be replaced soon. I thought the quote he gave me was extremely reasonable and I will use him when I do the replacement. I also plan to call him with any other plumbing jobs I have as well because my experience has been that it is not easy to find a trustworthy, honest plumber like he is.

Jason was very accomodating to my changing schedule and arrived promptly. He replaced my old hot water heater with ease. I liked the quality of workmanship he performed on that job and asked that he return the following week to install my new dishwasher and two new toilets. Have added him to my speed dial list and happy to recommend to everyone!
