both items were "temporarily" fixed ie: the toilet broke again within 2 days and one month later my kitchen sink is loose again. on top of that the plumber kind acted like he didn't want to be here...this big deal was a rip off.

The service went very well. I used the big deal a week after I purchased it and I ended up spending about double what the deal was worth. There was nothing that stood out to me about them whether good or bad.

Jason re-installed a 2 faucets, hot water dispenser, garbage disposal and 2 filters after we had new countertops installed. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up when done. Would definately use them again if we when we need plumbing work completed.

He was able to get everything done within the time frame that was covered by the deal which was a plus. Jason Luck of Luck Plumbing co. in Spring repaired my clogged kitchen drain. He came the day after I called him and arrived promptly at the agreed on time and put on his booties before coming into the house. He checked the plumbing indoors and out before starting and in no time had my drain running and draining perfectly. The price was what we had agreed on and I will definitely use Luck Plumbing again when I have a plumbing problem. The worker was personable, friendly and very nice.

Checked for leaks in my house, because my water bill was unusually high. He did not find any leaks throughout the house. He was punctual and thorough. Even checked outside of the house. Replaced a faulty faucet for me while he was here.

I called Jason for a water leak at my in-laws house. He came over as soon as he finished the job he was on. He found where the problem was through the wet, muddy mess, and had it fixed in no time. He was knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend him!

Jason was easy to contact and very responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and one that worked perfect for my schedule. I had purchased a 2 hour Big Deal for the work I need done and Jason was able to do everything within the 2 hour time frame. This included making a trip to the store for some additional plumbing parts that I had missed in my design. When it came time for the bill, he did not want me to pay for the parts he had to purchase because the cost was only a few dollars. I kept offering, but he was insistent that it was not necessary. How unusual to have that happen in this day and time. It says a lot about Jason and how he does business. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jason Luck to anyone with plumbing needs. He is friendly, professional, fair, and willing to go the extra mile in creating a positive experience for the customer.

After purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal coupon for $99, I contacted Mr. Luck by phone, leaving a voice mail. He responded very promptly. My garbage disposal was out, and I needed advice on some other plumbing issues as well as minor work on my hot water heater. We set up a convenient appointment within a few days (as it was not an emergency). He arrived on time, and did both repairs as well as buying a new disposal (the old one was worn out) and other parts for the water heater. All purchasing and work was completed in less than 2 hours. He answered all my plumbing questions. My hot water heater is running like new. He was very pleasant, professional, punctual, performed very clean work, and I will certainly use him again.

I used the 2 hour voucher and he was able to fix 3 leaky toilets in just over an hour. He came by the same day I called and was able to use replacement parts I had purchased from a box retailer. He left the area clean and was very efficient. The work appears to be very good.

when you call or text Jason, he responds right away. he shows up when he says he will.

He repaired my bath tub faucet and had to run downtown to get the specific Delta part and did not charge me for a return trip to my house ! He also replaced all the guts of my toilet and the wall connector. Both jobs were perfect and he always took off his shoes entering my house. Very polite and i have already passed his name on to a friend/coworker.
