 + -1 moreExcellent! Thomas explained the process. He also pointed out problem areas with the grout in the tile, and performed a gentle clean as to not further compromise the grout. After all was cleaned, I realised how dirty my tile really was. Price was right, and so was service. Thomas fulfilled my standards of first impressions, and I will use his service again.
