The other bid was slightly lower ($275 vs $300) but we went with Lightfoot due to punctuality and responsiveness and we liked the Lightfoot technical expertise. The job was done very well and in a reasonable amount of time, and we were very satisfied with the final result.
Description of Work: Remove chandelier from a 20’ ceiling and hang a new fixture.
