It hasn't rained since Mr. Hernandez fixed the hole in the shingles, so I don't know for sure that the job was done competently. But he was fast to call me, the appointment was easy to make, he seemed competent and checked in the attic before he began, and I was able to just leave a check in my mailbox for him.
