Awful service. shower floor did not drain away, despite Carlton relaying entire floor. Tiles were falling off the wall , the job was so poor we had black mould starting to set in. After 6 months of waiting for Carlton he sent around a tiling expert he knew, who informed me that the job was the worst he seen and had to take pictures in case of any claim or come back. Carlton agreed to pay this person, which he failed to do. He now has taken the cowardly route of simply ignoring all my calls rather than facing up to the issue. Do not use this contractor, the quality of work is awful. and Carlton is completely unprofessional.

Carlton was hired to install cabinets, replace some sinks, and install backsplash. We paid in full to have the cabinets installed and paid for materials on the backsplash. After installing the backsplash we noticed a lot of poor craftsmanship. Tiles had broken and chipped corners. Gaps between the tiles were son inconsistent that it looked like spacers weren't even used. Some pieces were even cut with curves in areas that needed flat surfaces. We told Carlton we will not be continuing with the backsplash install, but requested he finish the cabinets since that was paid for. He told us he would complete the work, came to pick up his tools, and left without completing the work. He also did not remove any of his trash that he left with the cabinet demo. I would not recommend Lane Construction.
