My fence gate was in a horrible state from my dogs pushing the pickets out and creating holes. I had to shore up the holes the best I could with whatever I had around the yard. I went to Snapfix, submitted my work request and was given KIMB's proposal. A few days later I got a call to set up a proposed work day, etc. Mr. Bowers called the day before and we arranged a time. He showed up early, we discussed a few ideas and he got to work. He showed up at 930 and by 330 he was done. He did a great job, very professional, amiable, etc. He replaced my gate, dog proofed it as best as he could and replaced 6 fence pickets for me. The gate is much heavier and sturdier than the previous one and I am confident that my dogs will have a challenge ahead of them to get through it! I'm already thinking of other repairs Mr. Bowers can assist me with!

Kevin responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and followed up to set an appointment. He gave me a fair estimate and he proceeded completing my list. Kevin was thorough and knowledgeable - even worked a custom solution for my shower door. As several items on my list were correcting prior contractors work, I was very pleased with the quality of his work.
