KAC Express. Air Conditioning and Heating Services

About a year and a half ago, KAC Express installed two split Trane HVAC units and furnaces at my home - 2 and 3 ton. They did a high quality install and had no issues. The work was all completed within a single work day. The crew was very clean which I really appreciated. They put work mats down all along the path and did not scratch any walls even though my home is three stories high. The price was very reasonable as well especially considering that they were installing Trane equipment which is often more expensive. I have had no issues with the units since installation. Works much better than the previous units. I have also recommended KAC to multiple friends and family. They have all been very appreciative afterwards and had very high praise for KAC. I cannot give a higher recommendation for them!

This was our first experience dealing with KAC Express. We chose them based on good reviews found around the web. Their online appointment form was easy to use and Trung Nguyen, the technician and owner himself, called within minutes. We were able to set up an appointment for Saturday at no extra cost. Our old Lennox a/c condenser unit had always been very loud and just seemed to be getting louder and louder each year. It kept waking up our one year old and with another one on the way soon, we thought that this was the right time to get a replacement. The truth is, we didn't shop around for prices so I wouldn't be able to say if we received the best deal. However, the price did seem better than prices quoted to us by a different company last year, which were also for lesser known brands. Trung was very patient explaining the options and didn't try to push for a sale or unnecessary upgrades. The crew from KAC Express returned later in the afternoon after picking up the units directly from the Trane distribution warehouse and worked continuously for around four hours in getting everything replaced. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, always asking for our approval before doing something. Trung hung around to chat afterwards and as promised, filled out and emailed me the warranty registration of the Trane unit an hour later. My wife and I find him to be very friendly and easy to get along with. Overall, we feel that the installation went very well and we couldn't be happier with how quiet it is when the a/c kicks in.
