+ -1 moreRoss and his boss greeted me promptly when I cam in their shop. They explained what my options were to have a virus / trojan removed from my computer. I brought the tower in the next day, and they had completed the promised work accurately and 1 day earlier than promised. They understood my problem, and recommended several options at different prices. I opted to have the data saved and the virus removed. They did this, and even installed an antivirus program free that they recommended to help me prevent future problems. This was a great experience with JPC Computers. You will be glad you gave these guys your business. I will definitely use JPC again if I ever have a computer problem
