J&M's Under One's Wing Moving

***DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE!*** The moving out part went great. They were on time, and got everything out in a timely manner. We ended up needing more than 7 pods for our furniture and boxes so the owner of the Co. Josh, offered to keep our stuff at one of his personal storage facilities. We took him up on it and were very appreciative. We tipped the movers and were pleased. Upon delivery of our furniture and boxes however, went very bad. They did not arrive until 10 am. There were only two movers so it took them all day and well into the evening and they had to come back the next day. All of our master bedroom wardrobe boxes were wet or damp. The clothes inside of them were damp and one box had soaked clothing in it and they all smelled horrible! All of my husband's suits were a wrinkled mess and they smelled like mold. When we notified the owner, Josh he blamed it on the storage facility and he offered to take our clothing to the cleaners. We declined the offer due to all the other things that happened. It was clear that if we had given our clothing to him we would have never seen them again. No monetary offer was offered. We discovered that the leg of our BRAND NEW executive desk was broken clean off. It was very obvious that the movers had tried to pick it up by the leg and it broke. Instead of telling us, they propped the leg up in it's place. The leg of my daughter's desk had the same fate. It was an antique desk. The leg was broken off and the top drawer frame fell apart. Upon moving a dresser, they put a hole in the side of it. When this was brought to the attention of the movers they blamed it on another mover who was helping with the moving out process. The owner made no move to compensate us and we have filed a claim with the insurance we bought. They could not find one of the rails to our bed and after a week and a half our mattresses are STILL sitting on the floor. The owner keeps saying he will bring the rail along with two sofa cushions and then he never shows up. He will not answer our calls. We have moved 5 times, all from state to state and had professional movers move us. We have NEVER had to deal with such pitiful and incompetent customer service such as the service we received from J&M's Moving Co. I hope no one else has to deal with what we are dealing with. Also... toward the end of the day they just started leaving boxes wherever instead of placing them in the correct room. They also failed to put the stabilizer pins in my washing machine and now the drum is completely out of sink.
