Description of Work: Completely remodeled guest bath, installed tile floor, new tub and tile wall, ceiling stall, new toilet, build vanity cabinetry, installed countertops, sink and faucets, hang mirrors and lighting, install exhaust fan, new baseboard with paint, kitchen tile back splash, added recessed lighting in kitchen and hallway. Phase II: Completely remodel master bath, installed tile floor, new jacuzzi tub and tile wall/ceiling stall, new toilet, build vanity cabinetry and countertop cabinetry, install countertop, sink and faucets, hang mirrors and lighting, install recessed light, install exhaust fan, new baseboard with paint.
