Henry's Glass

It went very well. He always answered my emails in a timely manner and was on time for our scheduled appointments. He did a really great job and would hire him again.

Fabulous! They were professional, punctual, courteous, detailed oriented, and cleaned up after their work. I would have no hesitation to use them in the future. I was impressed! Customer service apparently is very very important to them.

I called and asked if he could come the next day and he did. He was there on time and work was done quickly. He listened to what I wanted and when he left anyone will be able to see their hair and their shoes at the same time in the mirror. I also asked If he had time to look at some windows and he had no problem looking at those as well. I would recommend Henry's Glass to my friends and family.

I contacted Henry's Glass to get an estimate for the work, and Mark, the owner was quick to respond. For the initial appointment, he came out to take measurements and disassembled each of the different types of windows for accuracy. Within a couple of days, I received an estimate, which was fairly priced. The work was completed promptly after the glass sandwiches were available. Each step of the process was confirmed by email, and each trip to my home was preceded with a text. The windows look great. I would definitely use Henry's Glass for any future repairs or replacements.
