+ -1 moreThe owner of the business came out himself and did the work. He got a stain out of my carpet that had been passed up by the previous two carpet cleaners. I was thrilled with that. The product is quick drying. He moved the majority of my furniture around in order to get to the areas he needed to. He was very friendly. I had some problems with the people I usually use, so I was trying someone different. This worked out really well. He is amazingly nice. He doesn't do a whole lot of talking, but when he does, he is very polite. I had to ask him not to say "yes ma'am" at one point. I am probably going to have him come out and do my grout cleaning next.
Description of Work: I used Heaven's Best Carpet Care to clean my carpets.
