They did a great job, from giving me plenty of notice of when they would be at my house to explaining what they needed to do and giving me options to chose from. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

John came out and accessed the problems and gave us an estimate for a few solutions. We chose to go with a tankless and set up the appointment for the next day. They got started a little late due to sourcing of some parts, but to their credit stayed late to finish the job. I'm happy with the results.

The Grand Oaks team did an excellent job installing new kitchen faucet, disposal and retractable vent for our island stove top along with new bathroom faucet. They are professional, well trained, knowledgeable plumbers and have installed a water filtration and softner system for us in the past. There is no one else I would call for my plumbing needs.
