Jerry from Gleannloch Landscaping did not show up at 9:00 am. I called the company at 9:45 and left a message. Wife was upset because she made daycare arrangements and took a day off of work for this appointment. My wife quit waiting at 10:15 and went to work. Jerry finally called her around 10:30. He did appoligize and said he was in a meeting. Our impression of this company is that they are unreliable and unprofessional. We will not set up another appointment and will utilize one of the other lanscaping companies.

I am very pleased. I like their approach - they suggested we start with a minimum amount of lights and then look at night and fill in where we wanted more. (The project was fairly involved since it covers a 1.25 acre lot and house with lakefront and several landscape features.) As a result we were able to achieve the effect we wanted in two stages without undoing previous work. They did a good job explaining the pros and cons of LED vs incandescent and showed us samples of the specific fixtures so we could be sure we liked the color temperature. We chose LED after finding and quot;warmerand quot; colors than the early blue-white versions. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The initial installations were done during the day and Adam, construction manager, came back at night to fine tune the placement and angle of the fixtures. The trenching for wires was closed up neatly so that it was not apparent even across open lawn. They did a very good job of cleanup of pool deck and driveway/walkway areas where they ran wires close to the hard surfaces. While they were here they were able to clear an unrelated drainage obstruction much more cheaply than several bids I had received.

I have been using them for 15 years and they come out regularly. They are dependable.
