We used Dina twice - first the Kitchen in May and then my husband's office in August. I'm using her again for the playroom in the fall! The first step in the process is TRAUMATIC... you remove EVERYTHING, strip the room down to the bones. She cleans it out meticulously. Any installs are done at that point, the shelves, brackets, drawer inserts for cabinets, etc... While she does this, you sort the purged goods and edit, remove, decide what's going back in, etc... that was actually fun - we probably put 1/3rd of the stuff that came out of the kitchen back into it and the same for the office. The kitchen is meticulously (but discreetly) labeled to allow all the other people who use it to navigate easily. If you ask... I can tell you where anything is, no rooting around drawers & cabinets! People see my kitchen and are in awe... we've been able to maintain it like this for 4 months now easily. The office she did for us was awesome... my husband was VERY nervous about it but worked beautifully and very well with him, coaching through purge items that just had to go, built some lovely displays of collections he had stuffed in drawers, had great decorating suggestions and made the space so tidy & functional that he's enjoying working in there much much more!
Description of Work: Purge and reorganize room by room utilizing shelving, stacks, brackets, pull outs, sorters, labeling and has a myriad of resources at her fingertips if you wish to donate or resale the items purged. She gently coaxes you through the room purging process, asking questions about use of the room, who & how it's utilized, what's done most frequently/least, etc... to help the process.
