Generator Exchange

Supposed to be installed in March. No call. When I reached them they said it would be May. It is June and they won’t return my calls.

Tried multiple contacts with contacts with the provider and no response

showed up on time and performed work as agreed.

Friday came - no one called or showed up, so I called. Russell apologized, said he was really busy and after a few minutes on the phone, promised to send his techs first thing on Friday (a week later). I patiently waited and when I had not heard anything by 11:45 on Friday - I called Russell again. He told me that it wasn't worth his time to send someone out to Richmond for a service call when he had so much business close to his office. WOW - He knew where I was located before he promised to come out the first time. No phone call, text, email followup of any kind to tell me I had wasted two weeks and would still not have service. Russell then became a smart-*** on the phone - screaming at me that he was too busy to deal with me. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I will find someone else to take care of my service needs - and to think I was ready to sign up for his $450 a year monitoring program.

Went well. Will continue to use Generator Exchange.
