 + -1 moreRobert was on time, polite and extremely competent. He took his time on the repair and as such the table looks perfect. No one will ever be able to tell there was chemical damage.
Description of Work: Our dining room table had some sort of chemical residue on it deposited accidentally. Robert buffed the residue off without damaging the satin finish.

 + -1 moreTHE CONTRACTOR ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME, WAS DRESSED PROFESSIONALLY, AND HAD A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY. AS HE WENT ABOUT REPAIRING THE FURNITURE, HE ENGAGED US IN A THOUGHT PROVOKING CONVERSATION, COMPLETE WITH HISTORICAL TIDBITS. (SMILE). AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, HE EVALUATED, AND RETESTED THE DRAWERS TO ENSURE THEY OPERATED PROPERLY, ALSO INVITED US TO TEST THEM. HE CLEANED UP SO WELL, THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE HE HAD BEEN THERE. HE WAS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, PERSONABLE, THOROUGH, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF FURNITURE REPAIR. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT, PAINLESS AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED.
Description of Work: WE HAD SEVERAL PIECES OF BAMBOO FURNITURE THAT HAD NICKS AND SURFACE LEVEL SCRATCHES. THE CONTRACTOR REFINISHED THE SCARS AND SCRATCHES, TO AN UNBELIEVABLE INVISABLE FINISH. HE RE-LEVELED SEVERAL DRESSER DRAWERS THAT WERE DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THEY WORKED WITH EASE. THE LAST THING HE DID WAS REPAIR A PRICY NAUTUZZI LEATHER CHAIR, THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY OUR LHASA APSO'S SCRATCHING. HE DYE MATCHED IT, AND UPON COMPLETION, I COULDN'T DISCERN WHERE THE SCRATCHES HAD BEEN.
