+ 0 moreTom met with us at the new home, asked us about plants we liked, made suggestions. Two weeks later came with drawing of landscape design. We decided to stay with our builder's allowance and asked him to do what he could to make the house look nice. He did an outstanding job. He irrigated the whole lot, drainage, sod, plants, mulch in less than a week. We are very satisfied with his services. He for sure did more that what we expected.
Description of Work: Laid sod, landscaped entirely, irrigation system and drainage on new construction yard.

+ -1 moreThe design stage went fairly well, the type, number and placement of plants was eventually agreed. The actual delivery and installation took less than a day. However, several plants were not dug and planted properly, rather they appeared to be only surrounded by dirt and mulch. Several problems were encountered and Family Landscapes would not respond or return calls. We eventually ran out of patience and rather than pursue legal options, we cut our loses and hired another landscape company to correct the problems.
Description of Work: Designed and installed backyard and poolside landscaping.
