The clogged drainage for the AC was found to be the problem. He cleaned the line and recommend a plumber for further unclogging. The AC was back on working!

Contacted company on morning of service and requested immediate repair work on a malfunctioning AC unit. Service technician arrived on-time, was extremely courteous and professional and performed all work in a quick courteous manner. Identified and replaced malfunctioning item ($200 capacitor on external condenser unit) and recommended but did not pressure sale replacement of the other unit's same item. Also performed basic annual AC service and refilled freon. All work completed in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend and plan to use again in the future as required.

EXCELLANT job was done by this Company. I left a message on their answering machine about needing a repair. I received a return call within a half hour. They gave me a window of time for their arrival and let me know when they were 20 minutes away. The 2 men who came were Very Professional and kept me informed of what they were doing, also showed me the defective/burned part and did an great job with the repair. I am Very Happy and will Use and Recommend Expo in the future.

Jubran came out and investigated and laid out my choices for me. I had a 12 yr old unit original to the house (builder grade), and it was leaking refrigerant. We ran the numbers .. he could replace the coils or I could get a new unit. Doing the math .. replacing the coil ... I'd still have a 12 yr old SEER 10 unit with R-22 coolant that is being phased out ---or I could get a new TRANE with SEER 15 rating and 10 year warranty. I elected to go with the new unit and couldn't be more pleased. The replacement crew was fast and efficient. Jubran packaged together all the paperwork I needed at the end of the job .. serial numbers, model numbers, receipts, etc. and then said let's go to the TRANE website and get you registered for the warranty so that is also taken care of. And click-click-click .. we navigated through the site and he called out the numbers and we were done just like that --- instead of me going online and trying to figure it out myself. Nice.

It went fine. It was okay. They were finished with the time so they couldn't go outside and have the Freon installed. They were really prompt. I was waiting for a follow-up call that I never got.

when well, the capacitor is weak as I knew and understand it needs to be corrected in next 6 months , but going to try to squeeze it through the summer.

Jubran was very professional and responsive. He provided a clear estimate for the work, along with details on what would be done, type of coil being used, capacity needed etc. The workers showed up on time, did the work within the scheduled time, and cleaned up before they left. Jubran also checked the other a/c unit at no extra charge to confirm there was no potential problem there, made sure the replaced coil was working fine and cooling the home properly before he left.

It was pretty good. It went fine. They did what I asked them to do, for the price that I agreed to. I didn't have to pay anything extra as far as I remember. The price was pretty good. That's why I did it. I haven't had any issues since.

Downstairs system worked fine. Technician could not get upstairs unit to work. Provided report and also suggested replacing unit. I contacted my home warranty company to come out and fix; they came out two days later, and found the system to be working perfectly.

Ordered a deal on AC tune-up service, but we needed immediate service because the unit wasn't working properly and they couldn't come out as quickly as we needed. They were very cooperative and helpful and refunded the purchase amount with no hassle.

The service was for the AC, but he checked out the furnace which I appreciated.

Your unprofessional response only confirms the letter grade given. My recommendation is to invest in the area of customer service training to assist with developing the company. Your allegations of utilizing "Craigslist vendors" to conduct repairs is a prime example of the usage of irresponsible statements in an effort to discredit a customers concerns. Your company was rated based on the services provided or lack there of.

The guy came way before the appt time which wasnt good for me since i had to leave work earlier then i expected.

First of all, I want to recognize the person who came out, his name is Sean. He came out and tested to determine if it was low on gas. It was down six pounds! He put in about a pound and said that there is something else wrong with the system because the line froze. He went to the attic and found out that my control board on my machine was out. He gave me two choices, the after market control board on the one that went to the system. He saved me about $150 on the generic control board. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he didn't try to sell me anything! Unusually for AC folks!!!!!! He has a country image, inquisitive in terms of finding out what is wrong, and will not quit until it was resolved. I got a little nervous because he stayed up in our attic (120 degrees!) until he fixed the problem. Would I use him again? Yes!!!! He will be my first call.
