Description of Work: They inspected the air conditioner and provided an estimate for cleaning it. They also provided an estimate for replacing the existing air conditioner which I ultimately did, but did so through another vendor. Expo did a competent job - and provided me sound advice. I ultimately chose a different vendor for the cleaning and replacement primarily do to cost.

Description of Work: Upgraded air conditioner and furnace to 5 ton Trane unit. My old unit was under rated for my size home. They gave me a Trane thermostat. He always kept me in the loop and I am very pleased with the purchase. Definitely will use them in the future.

Description of Work: They recommended a part be replaced in ac unit, but did not push or try to scare me into replacing it. They showed me the area wearing out on the old part & showed me the new part they would replace it with. I felt comfortable with their recommendation & allowed them to replace it. They also washed the unit with a cleaner not just water like other companies do. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend & use them again.

The service turned out well.
Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $29.00 for an HVAC inspection. They did the look at the system and they were not able to do anything as it had mold.

Description of Work: Made an appointment for vendor to review the job prior to setting a start date for service. Vendor reviewed and determined that they would not perform the service requested. They informed me that they required additional work to be performed in order to perform the job. I thanked them and stated I would get a refund and do the work my self by renting the equipment and purchasing the insulation from Home Depot.

As a licensed and insured company, we will not perform any work that is deemed unsafe and against code regulations. In order for us to proceed with any work, this first must be taken into consideration and addressed prior to any additional add ons or modifications. The technician explained the numerous code violations and safety hazards, and yet you asked if we would do the job anyways. For your safety, we declined to do any work.
