Description of Work: Second time I have used this company to do a through review of my AC system. Just like the first time, the service was fabulous. They are always on time, put on booties before coming in my house, work quickly and quietly (I have a home office) and spend as much time as I need understanding what work was completed and what I could do to make our AC run better while keeping energy costs down. | |We will use the same company next year as I know they will complete the work in their usual efficient manner.

Description of Work: Checked both ac units, added freon, cleaned the units. He showed me on his equipment that my unit is pulling higher Amps than last year and recommended getting a new unit soon. Very professional and spent time explaining everything to me.

Description of Work: Check the a/c system inside and outside, replace defective fan filter.

Description of Work: Full health check of my AC system, and up to a pound of freon. Said my AC unit was fully charged, so it didn't need the freon. Found a very very dirty air filter that needed to be changed. I suppose it was worth a check since something could have been more seriously wrong.

Description of Work: They called 4 times after I cancelled to make sure they could pick a time that worked for me (I travel a lot) and came when they said they would. They found a couple of code violations in my 18 month old house and didn't try to sell me anything, but advised me to contact the builder as it is still under warranty and provided a report indicating the exact code violations.

Description of Work: Very professional. Did not try to upsell. Gave us an estimate for a new ac system (ours is over 15 years old) but was very understanding when we explained we have a home warranty. Gave back up plan ideas, just in case!

Description of Work: Replaced programmable thermostat (which was inoperable) and inspected and renewed A/C compressor and got me ready to go for a Houston summer. I will use them for both furnace and A/C service and seasonal updates.

Description of Work: I am not sure how to rate them. While they were very nice and seemed professional, after they left, we wondered how a 25-point A/C inspection and 25-point heating inspection could have been performed in 15 minutes. Every other company that has come has spent 45 minutes to an hour, and hosed down the inside of the unit.

Description of Work: Checked out my A/C and found an part that was on its last leg and recommended replacement for price of the part only and no labor since he was already there. I think they saved me a later service call when it gets really hot and I need a/c more than ever.

Description of Work: The entire system was inspected and the compressor on one unit was cleaned. He installed booster units to improve the efficiency and extend the life of the compressors.
