Description of Work: Excellent service by all accounts. I have had so many bad experiences with A/C suppliers, that I was skeptical of the many positive reviews I read before using Expo. I now have found my go to vendor for all things HVAC related. Guys were very careful to protect carpet, cleaned up inside and out after job was finished, actually improved my drain piping as part of replacing a 4 ton compressor (outside) and coil (inside the attic). I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We used Expo Heating & Cooling in the summer to have our air conditioning serviced so I was very excited to see that they also service furnaces for the cooler months. They phoned 20 minutes before their arrival to let us know they were on their way. Expo has a friendly and knowledgeable staff which is very helpful when it comes to heating and cooling your house.

Description of Work: The technician Sean was here early. Very polite. Checked the furnace. Then went out back to check the ac unit and reported that it's probably time for a new unit as this one is drawing 29 amps and it is rather old and becoming hard to find parts for it as well as refrigerant would be costly. (I have a Trane that was installed 2000. Yes, it is not the most energy efficient probably). The estimate was for $5999 and along with replacing the outdoor unit and upgrading whatever needed to be done with the furnace to make it compatible, they would rehang and balance the air ducts. He was probably thorough with inspecting the outdoor unit for he was out there quite awhile but I hope he did the furnace inspection enough to declare it okay because it sure did take a very short time to do. I'm more concerned about that working efficiently. I do have bi-annual inspections ever since the units were installed and I know that I take care of my stuff.

Description of Work: The Service Rep showed, up very promptly, was able to perform his A/C & Furnace check-up, in a timely manner and was most courteous and professional. I would like to engage this firm on an ongoing bi-annual basis, to check my A/C and furnace system in the Spring and in the Fall.
