Description of Work: They went out to service the property and said the unit could not be serviced and recommended replacement. I had another company go out an look at the property. They were able to recommend a fix that will last for awhile and defer replacement. This allowed us to get the home cooling again.

Description of Work: I was contacted shortly after booking the service. Service man arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything he did and what the problem was. I expected to have additional charges outside of the routine maintenance service, but I feel the fee paid was reasonable. I would use their service again and would recommend them on Angie's List and to family and friends.

Description of Work: Ordered an Angies List special that included checking out our HVAC system. The tech came and all was well. After the service we started to have issues so I called another HVAC company out to recheck. Well come to find out the tech from expo left all the screws from the condenser cover inside the electric box and the screws fried everything inside: the capacitor, hard start kit, everything.

Description of Work: Expo cooling and heating performed the 21point inspection along with needed Freon addition (upto1lb) for a single unit system. The service setup was easy and convenient, professional and knowledgeable. The service was done at our rental property and though it included the freon addition the tenant had to ask the service provider to check on the freon level instead of him doing it without being requested.
