Description of Work: The technician noted that the unit was down 4 lbs. of freon. I asked if he could find the leak point and he indicated it looked like the coil was in "bad shape". I asked for him to take some pictures so I could justify repairs with the Home Warrenty folks and have never received them. Seemed more interested in selling me a new unit then helping repair the one I have.

Hi When we serviced your system we took pictures and emailed them . Now the customer email us back after a month wondering why he didn't receive the pictures so we started looking for the pictures and apparently they got deleted from the tech phone . We offered the customer to go back and take and retake pictures and he didn't respond and this is a copy of the email sent to him Hi I couldn't find any pictures ,I can come back and reopen it and take pictures if needed , this is air handler it is only four screws and the whole coil will be wide open . I apologize for miss understanding , let me know if you need me to go back Thank you Jubran Twal Sir please when you but a review we appericiate putting the whole story not half of it , we are great service company and we try to take care of customers our customer satisfaction is very important to keep our business growing.

Description of Work: Purchased the Freon tune up from angieslist, however when the serviceman came he told us that more than the purchased amount of Freon would be needed and ended up conning us into a new a/c unit. Because I had already paid for the Freon tune up, and it would cost more if we declined the service, in other words he would then charge a service call if declined, we had little option. No would not recommend this service.

Hi After reviewing your service ticket , first you purchased tune up on break down , second we performed service on 4/28 and our service tech found that your system leaking freon and you needed more than a 1 lb of r22 , so he went ahead and gave you options between patching your system or swap to new r410 a Trane system and you choose to change your system then tech went ahead and patched your system for free untill we send install crew on 4/30 , so actually you had plenty of choices and two days to change your mind , in my company we don't force people to buy from us and we never put pressure we give you options and its your choice to accept or decline . We really don't appreciate your rating us like this and if we did something wrong we always willing to make things right and have happy satisfied customer. Thank you

My air conditioner is undersized for my house, and each year the team at Expo does service on it to keep it running efficiently. When it comes time to replace it... They will have my business.

Description of Work: The capacitor on our AC blew out. They came and fixed it the next business day and also added a mechanism to reduce the startup power of our AC. Technician was very fast and didn't leave until he knew our AC was working properly.
